Living in a WH and cannot travel through Gallente space, so any time a WH opens in Gallente space, I mist travel in a pod if I want to "escape" for a bit or they blow up my ship.
How cool would it be if they podded me as well. I would have to find a runaround or wait.

All that crap about EVE being harsh, hard core, unforgiving and all the rest of that blather is just marketing hype.
If it actually was any of those things, no one would play.

you should tell that to the hordes of newbies that tell me they are going to quit because i blew up their shitfit frig in a belt after their first trip to lowsec
edit: also a neat idea if for nothing else than to prevent the ability to autopilot through "enemy" space Low-sec Best-sec |

Let's make the game harder for everybody.
Make pods indestructable and not even targetable.
(would be a good idea to remove D-Scan and limit overviews to stations/POS and gates too)
But damage/destruction occurs to implants whenever the ship is destroyed.
So getting podded, the hallmark of HTFU and "go back to highsec", is gone, but EVERYBODY gets to enjoy the benefits of stupid blob/get blobbed/camp ship loss.
Would also make ejecting more useful.

Or tell it to the hordes of newbies that get into this game because they can gank ships with no risk and little penalty.
It's a game with unconsensual PVP. So when people come in here and say it's harsh and unforgiving because it does what it says it does they are blowing smoke. There is nothing remotely harsh about it.

I do not like this, and I don't think most mission runners would either. Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom must undergo the fatigues of supporting it. |

You should try -5 and highsec. Plenty of people will gladly shoot your pod there.
You could even add bounty to yourself via an alt, to give them even more incentive. Inappropriate signature removed. Spitfire |

And only if you fail to warp out in a generous amount of time like 30 seconds. |

Then CONCORD would have to pod themselves as they're against podding. Although I don't care if CONCORD does pod all the pirates. |

There is nothing remotely harsh about it. Mr Epeen Actually the unconsensual PVP is EXACTLY what makes the game harsh and unforgiving. Random people are constantly at risk of random violence, and the agressors have the potential risk of a "white knight" or plain old opportunistic guy in a fast locking ship, blowing them up, or even podding them. |

There should be some system in place for preventing people with huge negative status from just safely podding around highsec or through an unfriendly factions space.
Me and my bro tried to pod some criminals, but you can't even lock them unless they get really lazy off a gate or station. By the time the system allows you to start locking, they are already in warp :( Essentially you go from seeing the "can't target yet" msg to the "can't target cause they are in warp" msg. |
