After the 1.4 Patch change,or nerf, how does the new rule exactly work?
True sec(maybe no more this concept now lol) -0.25- 0.0 No havens No Sanctum I'm sure if I didn't misunderstand the dev. -0.25-? 1 haven maybe? -0.5~ How many havens and Sanctums? -0.8 3+ havens and 3+ Sanctums?
Hope ppl from nulls could post the location true sec and the amount of high-end anomolies u could scan

as far as i understand the patch notes they will only activate the changes somewhere in the next week
but i might be wrong
yesterday right after the patch a corpmate checked our ratting sys (-0.16) and nothing was changed at that time

Our true-sec space has been classifed as pants....this means no sanctums or havens after the coming week. We live in what is now -0.2 and -0.3 areas of space and its a shocker to those who ran sanctums and havens to make a lot of isk to find that the number of havens and sanctums have severly been reduced which over the following week will be REDUCED TO NONE.

-0.3 : 1 haven confirmed, it's was here right after the patch 6 april, thanks ccp now we are 4 to make 1 haven, and that is in good days...
oh i forgot, there are plenty of -0.9 -1.0 systems in eve, for sure, soon for lucky alliances, there will be 50 guys in one sanctum *win*

in our -0.8 yesterday when I checked, we had 4 havens and 1 sanctum...

and today our 0.3 system has 1 havent that isnt respawning and no sanctums... so much for a week

Discussion thread for the anomaly changes. Beware, there is 100+ pages of pure nul-sec carebear rage.
In short: 0 to -.24 = no havens (not heavens) or sanctums -.25 to -.44 = 1 haven -.45 to -.64 = 2 havens, 1 sanctum -.65 to -.84 = 3 havens, 2 sanctums -.85 to -1 = 3 havens and 3 sanctums
This is for level 5 upgrades and military index. So if you military index has fallen since the nerf, you may get less.
If anyone has observed differently, please feel free to correct me.

The number of sites is the same, so I think we're on the right track. So I would imagine your system's military index is not at level 5.
Also, the changes did not directly change the number of lower-end sites, except to add to them as filler. Greyscale's words, not mine.

Nope, it is at military 5, checked the Ihub myself. 3 havens (2 chemical factory, 1 pirate gate), 3 forsaken hubs, 3 forsaken rally points. and then the rest of the filler.
My corp also has a 0.28 system and an 0.44 system, both have one have, 2 forsaken hubs and 2 forsaken rally points (where as they used to only have 1 of each forasken. The number of"filler" sites have changed, no matter what ccp said in the past.

ill probably move back to highsec cause 00 doesnt make any sense for me/us now. 6 systems and all below -0.2.
we got one -0.4 system (1 haven woho). i doubt it will be enough for 100 players. PS: jep im whining but simply because highsec carebaring is superior to 00 carebaring. common sense plx?

If your unhappy with the nerf, move out of 0.0 for a while, no seriously... Reason for this: CCP wanted more people into 0.0, with a nerf that would do the reverse.
:P Personly I care too, because only have 1 sanctum and 4 havens isnt good enough for me in a -0.8 system... it should have at least 2 sanctums

Nullsec missions carebearing > Highsec mission carebearing Nullsec anom / sites carebearing > Highsec anom / sites carebearing
Sounds fine to me.

dont worry low sec has had its pitiful sites baiscally elimiated compeltley null sec at least has some so what we are back to belt ratting now, ccp kills more pve and makes game more boring i wonder if wormholes are nerfed to

Just reporting in to say there is a bug going on with non upgraded system anomalies which stop spawning after a while and only appear after downtime. Patch coming tomorrow or next at the latest. So unless you have an upgraded exploration system, info won't be reliable.

OR there have been serious respawning issues in the systems i've cloaked.

the 2 systems we have are -0.6 and have 3 havens, no sanctums have spawned since this patch. 1 haven is perma bugged with no rats afaik the -0.65 to -0.84 band has 4 havens and 1 sanctum.
so ccp screwed them all up to -0.85 to -1.0 band.
thats with lv5 upgrades installed.
signatures have also dropped off, with only 1 in both systems in the past week with lv5 signature upgrades installed

There is a respawn bug (check the 1.4 issues thread for the ccp acknowledgement of the bug) on exploration sites. Not sure if it affects sanctums/havens but from what I have been reading it does affect them. From the ccp ack it looks like they want to patch the bug tomorrow DT but im not expecting it until next week honestly

Sooooooo...... anything in 0.0 bellow -0.6 sux in short, if u don't have cosmic agent or many belts that is, since entrapment is bugged, it doesn't work at all! In short 24h grind will get you about 200Mil in -0.4 truesec system doing the anomalies with Military index to 5.
Wormholes on the other hand have been 'passivey' buffed since the T3 prices went up for whatever the reasons unknown. Fully 'Capital Escalations' Class5 or Class6 'SINGLE SITE' will yield 2bil ISK for 1h of work, than u can logoff.
let's not argue! this is the truth, I have transaction logs for over 1year of WH life. 0.0 is still fun but unfair with this latest patch imo, given the time players rip from their RL into this game, some feel like slaves others live like kings.
I suspect some Blizzard DEV tards infiltrated CCP. Gl&HF all
