Did u ever start out as a miner, spending time training industry and mining skills then get bored and think u wanted to try mission running ore pvp. Then u come to love ure new found love fore the game only to kick ure self in the head thinking the time u waisted training ind and mining skills. I think they shud make a way to mark the skills u no longer want 1 timer per year as with atributes, get them removed and the points put in a skillpool so u can relocate them in new skills.

What is the current average interval between someone comes up with this original idea? I make it about twice a week for the basic idea of redistribution skill points. Macrointel, the place were the nature order of the universe does not hold sway. Pirates and ore thief's are congratulated by carebears for the actions. |

You can reset your skill points by clicking on that little skull button on your character selection sheet and wait 10 hours.

think outside the box.
Miners make good pve/pvp chars. Here's why....you trained maxed refine skills most times. Rock is useless granted...still got good skills to melt crap loot. Those bits of extra minerals from loot melt downs....very nice way to save up mins for sale. Or ship out a bpc and make your own t1 ammo for ratting (and pos bash....I did not waste good faction ammo on pos' anyway). This saved me mad isk on a ratting raven...0.0 known to boost prices for the ammo used most. In blood rat land...paradise will cost you more than other missiles if caldari.
Should have your engineering and electronics trained well (hulks can be tight fits, and are power hogs when those 3 strip miners hit at once on new cycles). Shield tank loved for pve....well looky here, exhumers shield tank. TSM 4, should have it. Decent skills with shield boosters. check. PVE likes drones....sure you liked drones in your exhumer too. If not t2's, should be damn close.
Short version.....x-train caldari, half your battle done with shield tank and even basic drones trained. Or if moto, minny and run their sield tanked ships. Minny good pve and pvp mix. Caldari....good pve and some work to run pvp.

But it dosent change the way i feel when it comes to spending time training somthing and then thinking the time was wasted, and from what i see this is not the first time sombody asked fore help in this matter.
And pressing the skull button as u say can fix ure problems but it dosent change mine.

Only you can change your perception that those skill points are wasted. There is no button in the world CCP can add that will change it for you.
Sorry, but not supporting this. --Vel
