Why have prices in Jita taken such a dive recently? They are down nearly 1mil below all of the other Standard implants. Since they added implants to the LP store they should all sell for essentially the same price.
Did someone redeem a few too many? Did the price drop a little and a bunch of panicked traders are now trying to get rid of their position.
Full disclosure: someone push prices up so I can dump my stock.

Meh, implants in general tend to be quite volatile. When they dive too much someone will buy them out and relist them.

Charisma is the "worst" attribute. It influences the least number of skills out of all the attributes. As such, charisma implants are valued considerably less than the others.
The only reason why anyone would want a charisma implant is if they are training: Trading skills Social skills Leadership skills or Corporation Management skills.
You will notice that only leadership skills have any bearing on PvP, and only social skills have any bearing for mission runners. The fact of the matter is that you don't need to spend very much time training charisma related skills, unless you are going into very heavy trading. ----------

The too common and very crappy storyline mission 'Materials for War Preperation' gives out attribute implants, +1 to +4 for each agent level 1-4. Standards only cost a few thousand kernite for the lvl 4. Plus charisma sucks.

The "charisma is bad" point used to explain the difference in implant prices, charisma implants went for something like half of the better implants.
However this is no longer the case, as you'll observe Social Adaptation Chip - Basic is essentially the same price as all of the other basic implants.

..Post mash up!
Your OP: Cha implant is selling for less then the others.
Your last post: Cha implant is selling for the same price as the others.
So, what exactly is your question?

I think he means that +1 and +2 Charisma sell below the prices of the others, while +3 sells at the same price.

PI skills Interplanetary Consolidation and Command Center Upgrades have Charisma as primary skill.

Yea, and that is why most people don't buy charisma implants from LP stores. Less stock and less people needing the charisma implants = similar price to other implants. That would be my guess anyway.

Wait, prices can go down as well as up!? Doesn't that just ruin the whole buylow sellhigh idea?

One explanation of falling prices could be courier botters offloading huge amounts at rock bottom prices (normally they/some sell in their 'home' systems for region wide order prices), which could mean they should go up soon again.

No, +4 charisma implants are below the others. +3 charisma implants aren't. This invalidates the "social is bad" explanation.

Sure, I'm only wondering why they aren't all moving down together.

Why would they only offload charisma and only +4?

+4 implants are not as "popular" as +3 implants. It is no surprise that +4 charisma would be lower, relatively, than +3 charisma implants. While charisma is usually a dump stat most people buy whole sets when they purchase them. The whole +3 set is more desirable than the +4 set. Also, most people who have the +3 set are okay with leaving charisma at +3 while upgrading the other implants to +4 at some later point.

Yeah +3 only needs cybernetics 1 whereas +4 needs cybernetics 4. Not much point in going above +3 with a limited use alt and most newer players probably don't have cybernetics as a high priority skill.
