Forgive me for not having the time to troll the forums for the answer to my question, but I would like to know if the CSM are going to try and get POS settings looked at.
My issues with the current system can be found HERE

We (the CSM) all agree that POSes suck. We are planning on discussing them with CCP during the upcoming summit. As someone who lives out of a POS in wormhole space, I absolutely understand the pain of POS management. Two step for CSM6 - http://twostep4csm.blogspot.com/ |

Yeah I love the idea of being able to set up a base of operations with my corp but I have trust issues, so if CCP could fix this flawed system, that would be great.
Thank for the reply CSM

What, a half-built skeleton that blows up at the least provocation? Mission accomplished.
Seriously, reducing the pain of POS management is high on our list of priorities. See this thread asking for suggestions, and also peruse CSM5's Possible Practical POS Performance Proposal.

As much as I hate the look of POS, the management side has to be sorted before the aesthetic.

Hi Rek! We'll be addressing this directly "soon" in the form of a proposal for consideration.

Make them individually owned and managed. Allow transfer of that ownership. ---

Yes, because EVE should be a single-player game. Besides, better management options should allow what you probably want.

Such as, if you change corps - having the ownership of the POS follow you without having to unanchor and reanchor it?
Such as, being able to store items into some storage that others can not access? I believe you can anchor a can with a password prior to the shields going up - but once the shields are up, an individual has no storage within a POS.
Such as, having corp members who become more willing to anchor POSes because they know that they don't need to have roles to access the POS - so even if things go sour, they can get their stuff out.
Heck, individuals fly their own SHIPS in this game - if it were a "true mmo", we'd all be crew members on a single ship. Right? If the game were initially designed as crew members on a ship, and someone posted the idea that people should be allowed to fly their own ships, would you be one of those saying "but then it won't be an MMO!!!" ? Of course you would.
