Basically looking at how can you restrict new members from getting access to all the goodies that go with wh space, yes you could just allow em nothing other than a pos password but even that could be exploited.
Your thoughts and suggestions are most welcome.

If it really bothers you that much, shoot them on sight the moment they enter the WH.
However... maybe not the best of ways to keep recruits in the corp huh?
I'm not sure what you want to limit their access to - there is very nigh little they could do with only the POS password unless you happen to leave ships floating around the POS. However this has the downside that all of your members would need to enter the password when going into the POS which is far from being problem free.
I guess the situations differ depending on what you want to do:
1) You want the new pilots out of the WH: control the information and don't tell them where the WH is.
2) You want the new pilots in the WH but out of your POS (not sure why you'd do that) set the POS password and ensure the POS does not accept corp members. It works but is a PITA for everyone.
If you are ok with them being in the POS just give them restricted access to the hangars so they can only do some stuff.
Or... set up a small pos for them to play with...
Or... set them up in an independent corp within the same alliance and let them have their own pos in system...
Well you get the idea.

Basically due to the poor nature of POS interface your best bet is multiple medium POS's because large are too expensive to run and everyone in the WH business sees a small POS as an annoyance. You could of course stuck your newbies in a small, make them toughen up and all.
Explain to the corp that sharing passwords outside of the main POS is a great way for your stuff to get stolen.Be gentle yet firm in explaining that if their is a theft, it will be properly mitigated due to security and their adherence to said security. They live in a WH so should have high enough level of paranoia to buy in on that idea. This will allow people to share divisions without being able to get into each others' stuff.
www.talocanunited.com has some info on this I believe.

Dual POS setups.
Get the Noobs a small POS of their own with a SMA and Hanger. If they need some amount of small storage have them use GSC's.
Do not allow Corp access to the main POS and set a different password. If your senior members can not be trusted not to give out the Main POS PW then thats a different problem.

You can set their access to different corp hangar tabs, not allow them to remove fuel, or offline structures. Only thing you cant stop, is them ejecting ships from the maint bay and taking them.

You can have two hangar arrays and two ship maint arrays at the tower, then configure one of each so that only those with certain roles like starbase fuel technician can access it. The newbs can keep their stuff and ships in the general access arrays while the more senior members use the restricted arrays. This does, of course, assume that the older members have fuel technician roles.
Other than that, you can restrict them to one or two tabs of the corp hangar only. ______________________________________________________ PVP is a question that has no one right answer but a lot of wrong ones. - Aelana Anais
