Just want to point out that if they dont want to get killed then that's fine. It's the people who dont want to get killed but then ninja rat in one of your systems for days on end, or lights a cyno on a POS and lets the entire enemy fleet in, or any number of other very harmful and destructive things that couldn't be stopped because we can't catch the single tengu.
Also: I stopped reading all the rest of the posts from this point on. Figured it was a flame fest.
Cluesless noob(and want to be tough guy) alert.
You cant effectively ninja rat 0.0 in a nullifier and cloak fitted cruiser.
Ive tried, theres no load out on any T3 that does enough DPS to make it even marginally worth while.
And if you cant watch your own territory for cynos then you certainly dont deserve special help from CCP to compensate for your suckiness.

Cant Cynos be jammed now too anyway? I know I read something about Cyno Jammers for POS that lockup a system pretty good.

To answer the original question:
The same way you catch stealth boats in low-sec camps. Decloak them or fast-lock them, long points on everyone in the camp.
Not complicated, but it tends to be a much more level playing-field than most PvP with disparate-sized fleets-- a straight-up match between your trajectory control and luck with the decloaking interceptor's trajectory control and luck. It _seems_ unfair to gate campers primarily because the kind of people that do gate-camps tend to suck at flying their ships and thus tend to lose on skill disparity. ---

It would make more tears. That's a good fix.

You talk about poor dps with nulli/cloak fit. I usually just have my pve subs in cargo and change when docked at station.

Yep, thus allowing t3s to also take on the role of the cloaky haulers who will all die in the new magic webbing bubbles.

This definitely hurts the camp more than helps. Because those interceptors that are typically used to decloak targets will move even slower while the Tengu keeps at best both its original align and warp time and at worst has a slightly slower align time. (thank CCP's physics engine for that one)

Got to love "pirates". Not content with the fact that these days they can instantly warp bubble every ship in EvE but one, they have to complain about the one thing that can get away (and don't try and kid yourself that this isn't a whine OP).
Gate camps are "PVP" the way that beating up pre-schoolers is "street fighting". The only time I consider it remotely PVP is when you do it because you are sitting in the middle of enemy territory and they won't come out and fight you.
Guess what whiners, in EvE you are never meant to be perfectly safe, and this includes carebearing in deep 0.0 protected by gate camps.

I love how butthurt your alliance is over this. Have had mails from several of your alliancemates who whine over me sitting cloaked in the space. Corpmates of mine have been moving around in Tengus, with and without interdiction nullifiers. My CEO had a few similar dialogues with UFA (and others) over this as well..
The funny thing is, while cloaked, we can't do jack ****. With nullifier we gimp our damage immensely. T3's are still not very agile and damn easy to decloak/point if you have proper tackle, etc. I could go on.
It's just a failure of the locals to not understand game mechanics properly, as well as not understanding they keep making it more appealing for us to stay when they whine.. -

Here is how you kill them.
You have a small number of light dictors with double bubble on the gate, with interceptor support and DPS.
Nulli t3 comes in, you drop one bubble. It appears for a split second as it starts warping. You drop a second bubble, then a third a second later, and a 4th another second later. This cancels the t3's warp every time a new bubble goes up and gives the interceptors more time to decloak it before the t3 pilot works out what is going on and spams warp until it gets up to speed.
Dropping a bubble only cancels the warp but that doesn't stop the t3 from starting to warp again. This does however catch out unwary t3 pilots and we have managed to decloak and gank them using this method.
You need to have the interdictor pilots briefed to drop their bubbles on time and in the right order to do this, and have people who know how to decloak in interceptors. Also, I probably don't need to mention this but it only works with light dictors not hictors.

@Op
If you're really that frustrated let me give you an advice to have some fun:
Trace yourself a route of 40+jumps to go all low/null sec, take some friends, ready? -go
after this you'll not care any more about Tengu's or cloaky drakes doing anomalies in your system and believe me, you'll get tons of fun (and asskicks)
