What I always bring to kill them, a bomber. Warp cloaked, enter the plex still cloaked. Slowboat to it. Decloak, orbit, tackle, down it in 3-4 volleys of explosive torps when using Hound. |

This, if you dont have a bomber any other cov ops works as well. As long as you can warp cloaked. Get up close, under the tracking. Since it doesn't have drones, **** it. |

Unless they have fixed the bug, you cannot enter a plex cloaked. Activating the gate, you move inside decloak range; so you have to recloak as soon as you are in and hope they didn't notice.....

Get an interceptor or a fast assault ship, approach him at an angel of 45 degrees with your MWD. Once close enough go into close orbit and scram him. Don't forget to fit a NOS (just in case). Once he is tackled bring in the "big stuff" to kill him. |

One of the interceptors with point range bonus would be best. The hard part is not killing him, or stopping him from killing you. The hard part is getting initial point before he warps off.
MSE nano MWD Ares with an OH T2 long point and blasters would be my suggestion. |

Cloaky ship. You can activate a cov-ops cloak mid-warp, meaning the decloak that happens on gate activation is a non-issue. Lock him down before he knows you're there. |

It's sad how few people honestly know/do this. I always drop a can on my warpins, but from what I've seen, it's too much trouble for anyone else to do so.
Besides, you can see cargo containers on short scan, so you'll know if there's one waiting. |

I heard that some people use corpses as they will decloak you and most of us (me including) don't have them on the overview. The only problem is to gather them in a sufficient number. |

A sensor dampner script will knock off roughly halve locking range and than at that point, it will be about a fast enough ships, with a small enough sig, to be able to close the distance whilst maintain transversal.
Once you within the lowered lock range, switch the script out for tracking script..... and pray you haven't warped.
Also.... assuming you are setup for gank, then a possible option will be a long range AB Destroyer and hope that you are stupid enough to hang around.......

OP never mentioned any decloakers on the warp-in. But if there are, prepare for it. A sensor dampener or two will wreak hell on either range or targeting speed. Use that to recloak if you get pushed out of it. Likewise, you can always just bring in a tracking disrupting ship with a long-range point and mess up his day that way. Though, admittedly, if he's set for kite you may want to call in friends. Get a fast interceptor or even a sacrificial ship, send it in, blow the can, let the cloaky in, etc.
I'm curious where this fellow is at, I might have a run at him and see what happens. |

Damping arazu with RF point, or just an interceptor if keep your transversal up. Any sane tornado pilot will warp of though if he sees your interceptor start to come at him. |

+1 for this
Honestly though, theres not much you can do if the pilot is paying attention to his dscan since he'll see you when you decloak on the gate and any smart playing flying that will warp out before he gets caught or pinned down.
The two best options to catch pilots like that are to have a loki boosted dram or ceptor and just get into point range before they can react, a lot of times you can suprise pilots if you're fast enough.
The second option is baiting him with a killable target that can hold point and live long enough for reinforcements to arrive. You could bring in a loki boosted Arazu and Rapier that are cloaked off the accel gate and then grabs point/web once the bait calls for them to come. Realistically, it would be best to mix fast tackle in with this, something that can hold point once the Nado heats and goes into GTFO mode and give your rapier enough time to grab webs.
If he's loki boosted though, probably just ignore him. It really depends on how much risk the pilot is willing to take or if he's bad.

Problem with Arazus though is they're painfully slow and will cap out in any extended chase with a MWD even if they do have enough speed to keep up.

I think you could get this done with an Adrestia Its faster that a tornado, has the pt range to grab him instantly and should tank him long enough to get within range.
Yeah infact you should use an adrestia to kill him. |

Actually the Arazu's cap can be address with fitting issues, the real problem, like every other covert recon is that a Tornado will just eat the damn thing too quickly.
I guess double damp/double point razu would work- but making a sturdy Rapier just isn't possible. Inappropriate signature removed. Navigator. |

If he trys to jam you swap out for a eccm script, or if he chases you use a nanofiber script to keep ahead. http://img299.imageshack.us/img299/4375/mynewsig2.jpg |
