According to patch notes:
Ships with jumpdrives are now unable to use jump bridges with the exception of ships belonging to the Black Ops ship category.
Does this include titans jump portals?
IE using 3 titans to jb through and dd a target, then jb'ing back.
or
JB'ing SC's through a titan portal, so they can instantly cyno back after a hotdrop.

The question was "Does this include titans jump portals?" meaning, are titans affected by this change, or only pos mod jb's...

It only effects Jump Bridges. It does not effect jump portals which is what a titan bridge is.

What makes you think they affect jump portals? Jump bridges are a well defined specific thing, they are entirely different thing from jump portals and jump portals have never been even brought up by CCP in this discussion.

Jump bridge =/= jump portal. It's not semantics, lrn2evelopedia.

What makes you think they affect jump portals? Jump bridges are a well defined specific thing, they are entirely different thing from jump portals and jump portals have never been even brought up by CCP in this discussion.
As most people use the term bridging to mean both types, it's not comnpletely out of the question to ask. It's not exactly out of the realm of possibilities that CCP would stealth nerf something, either.
