I suspect your rather limp-wristed retreat to complaint over rhetorical hurly-burly won't add much value to your words either. The issue is Diana Kim, you are one of Heth's bright-eyed patriotic thugs incapable of understanding the history of the Caldari culture in this star cluster. Were this not the case you would find greater shame in your proximity to opposite numbers in the Gallente ultra-nationalist movement. As it is you find unity in blind autocratic submission across cultural divides and consider your greatest foes are those who simply wish to speak freely and experience the potential wealth and wonder of New Eden.

A liberal disagrees with certain aspects of his culture, heritage, government and works within the law to try and change the way things are done along a progressive line.
A traitor leaves his home to support a government that is completely at odds with his previous home. Once there he may even support a military or intel-based organization.
Does that sound about right to you Mr. Valdezi?
Brother,
I get the impression that this is some sort of thinly veiled attack at myself, labelling me as traitor to Khanid. If that is so, it is unworthy of you, incommensurate with fact, and not in the spirit of the mail you sent to me.
I guess you don't have any interest in discussing the meaning of one's heritage further, alas.

as probably the only player that has been on both sides of this war, i have to laugh at all these lies coming from John about not working with gallente. i know for a fact that I-RED did not set some gallente militia corps to neutral standings, but rather set them to Blue. While i was in I-RED, i went on quite a few joint fleets with some Gallente militia corps where we were, in fact, in the same fleet.
I remember I-RED crashing a plex fleet fight between the militia's, and helped gallente militia defeat caldari militia. In that fight, there was only one W-BR ship involved, the rest were all other caldari militia corps. I-RED blatently went against the state. Here is a link for proof

The rest is your word against mine. Although I can not speak for every individual pilot in our militia I can say that in a broad spectrum that is not how Federal Defense Union operates relationships with Neutral and Friendly entities.

During discussions with John Revenant, I made it very clear that Progressive State do not engage any non-militia pilots and do not commit acts of piracy. I also acknowledged his observation on a number of State Militia pilots and corporations who regularly engaged neutral pilots, often out of boredom or a sheer desire to destroy something. I have witnessed this first hand myself and removed my presence from these fleets.
My stance would be exactly the same were I to fly alongside I-RED. If it was their desire to commit an act of piracy then I would simply no longer fly alongside them. I-RED may have flown alongside Federation fleets but now Wolfsbrigade are formally allied with SOTF who have committed countless crimes against the Caldari. Could it be said that both corporations are now guilty of collaborating with the enemy?
Perhaps over time this civil rivalry has escalated too far, quite possibly to a point where it is no longer about protecting the State. I am not here to question anyones loyalty or 'take sides' and I certainly do not wish to burn any bridges with I-RED or WBR. I only wish to point out that as Caldari unity weakens, the Federations power stregthens.
Divided, we will fall.

John Revenant, whom you spoke with, was reported in intel and corp channels as going pirate on militia members. I remember when his fleet go GCC on me too, and I don't remember that I ever wear red pirate banner.
Originally by: Commissar Veldt My stance would be exactly the same were I to fly alongside I-RED.
Those who will be found flying together with I-RED fleets, will be marked with negative standing by most of loyal Caldari militia corporations and STPRO pilots, thus making them legal red targets.

Their GCC was confirmed several times in intel channels, consult their logs.

Both Wolfsbrigade and SOTF left militia, and they are not enemies to each other anymore. Also they are not enemies to us as well (until they start to fight against us).

It wasn't just rivalry. It was a treason. I-RED fleets were strengthen Federation fleets. And withdrawal of W-BR didn't weak the State, because they took the most powerful and experienced of Gallente corporations with them. Plus, several W-BR pilots decided to stay to continue fight against federation scum.

Given your clinical level of disconnection from reality and the generally awful quality of your posts, it doesn't surprise me to see that you operate under the delusion that an attack on a member of a militia outside that militia does not constitute an attack on the entire militia. Moreover, although I don't want to put words into my mouth, I-RED seems to oppose illegal Provist expansion into territories that are rightfully the property of the Federation.

I have not seen Ms. Kim forfeit any argument, let alone disgrace her family name in a way similar to the manner of every breath you take being an affront to whatever deity might actually be out there.
So from what I have gathered from this:
1.) State Pro forces do not like I-RED. The feeling is mutual.
2.) I-RED declared war against members of the Caldari militia - the forces that fight to make sure they can continue to be a complete and utter failure amongst the Megacorporations - and trump it up as "cleaning house". No attempt at diplomacy first, it appears, though this can be held true for W-BR.
3.) State Pro forces who are "war decced" kick their collective arses. Instead of holding their heads high, they form alliances with members of the Federal Defense Union in an effort to bolster their own ranks, thereby capitulating and licking the feet of their most hated enemy.
4.) They still have their arses handed to them.
5.) SOTF and W-BR leave their respective militias to form a new alliance. I-RED flaunts it as "Mission Accomplished", despite having their collective arses handed to them multiple times.
6.) Members of W-BR proper promise the war isn't over.
7.) I-RED continues to act like they've won.
8.) Members of I-RED prove they can't think before speaking, as evidenced by Mr. Ixiris, here.
Did I miss something, besides the fact I-RED seems to recruit only those who have failed basic debate and ethics classes? ***** ***** ***** *****

If WBR joined Shadows of the Federation they have done it by leaving the Blackrise region and the war all together, not by assisting or resisting the efforts of either party of the war.
So no harm has come of our allince to either the State or the Federation.

Shadows of the Federation have killed hundreds of thousand of crewmen and women aboard StaPro capslueer ships and by flying with them you are betraying our dead. Think about that before you point fingers.
FIRSTGENERAl may have had a greater impact on the war effort than any other pilot to date, but he's an Amarrian mercenary and not a Caldari patriot. As far as I've been able to ascertain, his motivations are based on a love of combat, tactics, strategy, politics and camaraderie but not a love of the Caldari State or in defending the Caldari way of life.
Revenant-haan's motivations on the other hand, even if I disagree with the choices he has made, have always been for the greater good of the Caldari.
Well, well, Mr. Grayson. It seems that you have chosen who's side to take and have made your allegance known. Yes, we have joined forces with a corporation that was previously working on behalf of the Federal Defense Union - of course, there have been issues to overcome in doing so and the loss of life suffered by capsuleers from each side at the hands of one another has presented issues, but to truely succeed one must be able to adapt and overcome. We work together solely for mutual benefit. If you'd be so kind as to check our combat logs you'll see that we have not, and will not, be hunting and engaging State Protectorate members (likewise with Federal Defense Union pilots).
We are working together in a capacity so as to eliminate and remove pirate and hostile corporations, or those harbouring such pirates, as well as seeking out to complete certain objectives that are classified at this stage. Let it be clear however that Wolfsbrigade still remains loyal to the State despite our colleagues in our war efforts allegiances. If anything we are assisting in protecting empire controlled space from rogue menaces that pose a threat to members of all factions - including Caldari citizens.
Perhaps, Mr. Grayson, if you helped more in the war efforts while operating under the banner of the State Protectorate you would understand that the declaration of war by draketrain was enacted when Wolfsbrigade attempted to take down a pirate capital vessel that had engaged friendly forces. We were not able to gather enough support and would have had a hard time taking on the Gallente forces at the time, let along the pirate fleet. One of our primary objectives is to keep the Black Rise and Placid regions safe from pirate activity - if this means enacting a temporary ceasefire with hostile Gallente forces it would make pragmatic sense to do so. Pirates pose a much greater threat than Gallente militia forces to Caldari citizens, and this objective at times superceeds our orders to engage Federal Defense Union forces. Maybe if CAIN, among other State Pro. corporations, more actively participated in defending State Protectore space we would not have had to resorted to such actions. None-the-less, as I have said, it should not be an issue - the goal of the joint operation was beneficial to both sides and no Caldari capsuleers would have been engaged during the operation.
You are right on one front however, FIRST GENERAL has had a greater impact on the war effort than any other pilot in the State Protectorate. He bore from chaos and disorganisation that was present in the militia a corporation capable of tackling Gallente milita forces. Allied alongside the likes of THE4, CROW and CSSC- we were able to field a viable threat to Gallente militia forces and in our time in the State Protectorate we captured... [Continued]

[Continued] a record number of solar systems, under Damar Rocarion's great leadership on that front however though W-BR members assisted, and brought the Gallente state heavy losses on many fronts. FIRST GENERAL's loyalty to the State cannot be questioned. The second a factional warfare complex opened up in Enaluri he would be there to see it safely closed in the name of the State - if his sole motive was a love of combat then why would he do this? Not to mention the heavy stress that he was under in leading certain fleets out. He did not lead them out for the good of his health, but rather for the good of the State. And why would he place himself under the unduly and not deserved stress that is associated with setting up the corporation that he founded? I strongly think that you should reassess the facts here and your way of thinking, Mr. Grayson.
Revenent-haan's motivations have always been for the good of the State you say? So establishing blue standings with Gallente militia forces and alongside them actively seeking out and hunting Wolfsbrigade, the largest State Protectorate corporation and biggest contributer to the effort according to the statistics for the months it was operating under the State Protectorate banner, is for the good of the State? Even if one still doesn't believe that they worked with Federal Defense Union forces the point still stands - under Mr. Revenent's leadership, I-RED declared war on and actively sought to engage State Protectorate forces. How could anybody think that this is for the good of the State? Even if they believed us to be pirates, which is an utter lie, it is undeniable that we were a major asset and driving force to the State Protectorate. Where was CAIN during all our engagements with Gallente forces? Just glancing at my combat log, and yours too, I can see very little participation in State Protectorate matters and defense forces in comparison to an average Wolfsbrigade member.
I am extremely disappointed in you Mr. Grayson - I expected more from you. I can only hope that CAIN doesn't share these views of yours.

Of course they are, and I fully believe that everyone should have the right to speak their mind. However, I have fought alongside Grayson-haan before and know his dedication and loyalties indubiously lie with the State. It is for that reason, and because I hold him in such high regard, that I expected him to understand our actions and recent alliance formation. I will defend Wolfsbrigades honour (and our CEO's for that matter) and the State Protectorates honour regardless of who is questioning it, even Mr. Grayson. I have seen comrades fall in battle, and put blood, sweat and tears into fighting for the State - I won't have our name besmirched.
Mr. Revenent, if you are under the illusion that I actually hold your opinion in any regard, then let it be known once and for all that I do not. I'd rather work with pirates than with I-RED (while under your rule, or reign of terror rather). Your loyalties clearly do not lie with the State when you fight the men and women that defends it's space, and aid the Gallente in their efforts to kill countless pilots - there's being liberally aligned, and there's treason. You most certainly should be classed as the latter, hence why so many State Protectorate corporations have began to engage your forces. I won't even bring up the drugs scandal here either.
At this time, we don't even need to declare war against you. You are already crippled by other State Protectorate forces and our intelligence officers have recorded record inactivity levels. We are still settling in to our new alliance and in the process of making executive decisions, but rest assured that Wolfsbrigade has unfinished business with you and that we won't leave it at that.
