Most people donÆt do training videos on PVP per say, but rather show of how they do it and fights they do. Few if any have discussions on tactis, alts or other stuff used. Could be tipping their hand on how they do things etc. but can also be that there is no general interest for it.
Always liked the Rooks and Kings Videos tbh, they where more proof of concept and talking about how their PVP works, its not Solo thought but fleet/capital ship fights. But here is some videos I found good that is about solo PVP:
Don Pellegrino make really nice PVP videos. The one linked thought is small gang nano fleets, but if you check further down in the post he link pvpppp and that is a good video about pvp solo in frigs.
ôThere will be dragonsö is small gang PVP and a kind of tactic to take on enemies in larger numbers. Even if u look for solo this is a good vid.
ôThe batmobilesö is about angel pirate frig/cruicer solo pvp. ItÆs some of the games best ships, but many donÆt know how to fly them imo. So this is a good vid to see how ppl use them overall.
Good old role play and his mega. He be cool. Fun to watch as he is so radically different to everyone else doing vids hehe.
this document is not up to date atm, but its worth checking out. Check out vids from role play, Prozacxx etc. and try to find big names and follow their videos.
Hope this helps
EDIT: this video, and others from Genos Occidere are great. try to find their other vids

This section of the forum, My EvE, got a good nr of pvp videos posted. And more and more are added. Some epic, some not so epic, itÆs about finding them and just keeping track of ppl you like to watch pvp.
U could check out clear skies. Not solo pvp per say, entertaining nonetheless.

Some of these looked pretty promising, already a handful downloading!
Btw, just to be clear, I'm not relly looking for "PVP 101" videoes, but was thinking about some I've seen which included the pilot's thought process leading up to some fights or why/how they did what they did, if it wasn't clear from just watching. :)
I forgot to contribute anything myself in the beginning of the thread, but if anyone else's looking for stuff, I would urge to check out Club Bear's videos; not seen them all yet, but Kil2's vids were definitely worth the time.

Pretty old school, but inspiring stuff. I had limited pvp experience, and until i saw these, i had no idea that there were crazy people roaming around out there beating up entire gangs by themselves, the concept just didn't exist to me....
Needless to say, these guys are the reason i got into real pvp. Thank you, club bear.
(also thanks to all the other great vid makers out there, i watch and love all your stuff tooooooo <3)

Edited by: Azuse on 23/05/2011 16:58:20 Since you're after comments I'd suggest Mind Game just make sure you download the embedded version, commentary is track 2. Not the greatest video, but educational, and the cyclone sections are good too :)
Calrion call 2 is probably the best commentated video you'll find, although the first is good it's outdated these days.

It's a list of roughly 90% of the good videos since Quantum Rise (October 2008), when the combat mechanics were totally changed.
Imo, the must see's from that list are those by Endless Subversion, fmercury, Fon Revedhort, Garmon, Gods Coldblood, Podcat, Prometheus Exenthal (Frigank 7-8 and Science&Intrigue are my favorite ones), Prozacxx (last 3 ones), Rooks & Kings and Zach Donnell.
They all have different styles and tactics.
Personally, I'm working on PvPPPPP 2 right now, I have 20 minutes of ready to release stuff, but I'm just not satisfied with it. I'll probably do a commentary to explain what I'm doing and why.

Well done. One request, though: ...Wizardry featured no Falcon intervention as the Falcon was physically present in just one fight and even there he remained cloaked. On the other hand, Tiltyards for Cyborgs is the movie in many respects based on the Falcon. Especially the fight 90-minutes long. Oh, mein Gott... Good old days...
And it's Loki in ...Wickedness instead of Claymore :p
