Concord Agent Mission: Kill Your Enemies (Must have Declaration of War) Level 1: Kill 1 Enemy Ship. Reward: Loyalty Points | Bonus Reward: Booster Increase- Skillpoint training time for 1 hour at 20% increase. Level 2: Kill 5 Enemy Ships. Reward: Loyalty Points | Bonus Reward: Booster Increase- Skillpoint training time for 3 hours at 35% increase. Level 3: Kill 20 Enemy Ships. Reward: Loyalty Points | Bonus Reward: Booster Increase- Skillpoint training time for 4 hours at 40% increase. Level 4: Kill 75 Enemy Ships. Reward: Loyalty Points | Bonus Reward: Booster Increase- Skillpoint training time for 6 hours at 50% increase. Level 5: Kill 150 Enemy ships. Reward: Loyalty Points | Bonus Reward: Booster Increase- Skillpoint training time for 12 hours at 75% increase.
Pro's: -Get people out and pvping, get out of mission hubs, belts, towers and station. Get in fleet people. -Create a new market for new players coming into eve who actually want to boost skillpoints quick to catch up with the veterans. -Pirate's with bad security status can gain with pvp and not have to go running to NPC's for security status. Remember must have a war dec active. -Giving WAR meaning all around eve high/low/0.0 space. -Something like this needs to be implemented. -Market will improved by players losing assets for pvp instead of just constant building and nothing blowing up. Cons: Industrial players will not like this...thats about all I can think of.
-(Opinion) When I started playing eve in 2008 what caught my eye was the PvP side, I like to either solo or with group of people and fight. Yes industry, killing NPC's we all have to do to make isk to buy those ships and mods. To the point right? You have Mining, Hauling, NPC Pirate, Research and Development, but no PvP Agents. Which is one of the only type left in a stong PvP MMO game. Feedback would be great.

Are you at all aware how insanely this would be abused?
Let me tell you that if this would be implemented, then 5 minutes after server being up, there'd be slew of "alt" wars and people abusing the crap out of this.
In short: BAD IDEA, would never work as intended.

This would require a lot of new game mechanics to be put in place, but I think it would be great. With a bit of thinking you could get around the exploitable side of it.
All combat agents could give it out. When your in said mission it'll read something like.
(Covert Discovery and Destruction) (This Mission is covert and you cant join a gang/fleet, on top of that we are hiding all death/kill reports from the DED) Objective, Explore some crap, and kill (player (b)) defending it. This player (Player (x)) will be tagged as a NPC or Hostile towards (player (b)), and vice versa.
On the other side, you have another player who hopefully got the same mission (opossing role). (Covert Protection of Hidden Crap) (This Mission is covert and you cant join a gang/fleet, on top of that we are hiding all death/kill reports from the DED) Objective, Defend some crap and kill the rogue agent (Player (x)) If they discover it. This player (Player (b)) will be tagged as a NPC or Hostile towards (player (x)), and vice versa.
While not quite as beef'd in terms of ships as the first guys, this one would pit l4's against l4's. Gains for one would be in a direct relationship to losses on the other. The agents could even guarantee a exact replacment if the ship gets killed (and the ships could also be set not to drop wrecks).
Personally, I think it would be too much work for ccp to do this (not that they couldnt do it, but that the cost/reward for them would never work out). ----------- Never Forget the joy of finding a main to link to a scammer alt. N-y-p-h-u-r ! ! |

Bad bad bad...
So what about those people who like to mine, station trade, build ships, PVE, explore... how do they get boosters to their skill points? Talk about unbalanced. That aside, what you are proposing is a grind to level/skill up system in Eve.
Also, anything in game where an award is given to a player on the outcome of interaction between two players can and will be abused.

Increasing war costs might fix that. To keep the abuse down.

main problem with this is the reward- it basically allows people to buy SP for the wardec costs.
better to split the idea in 2: the mission type idea and the mission reward idea. I think the mission type might work, but the rewards kill it due to being sooooo exploitable.
some questions to be answered regarding the mission type:
- will these use current mission expiry limits?
- will there be limits based on the target corporation's size (kill 75 ships against a 6 character corp could be classed as griefing)
- Will there be a frequency limit on these per character/corp? (if each member of corp A gets L3 missions against corp B, corp B is in for a world of hurt- see above)
- why would Concord order kill missions against corps with positive standing towards it? They are more likely to order them against characters with negative sec status.

This is for the PvP side it doesn't sound bad. Miners, traders, NPC killing, exploration pretty much has it made. What if booster's were not allowed on market but maybe just for the player actually doing the PvP?
