This is the last Official Statement of the Alliance known as the JQA
The JQA is decided to disband and the majority of Corporations leave the home it once inhabited. The Constellations it once claimed is hereby relinquished to anyone that wishes to either claim or take the area by force.
The reasons that the JQA has finally decided to call it a day is two fold.
1)The JQA had a number of issues that it had been unable to resolve internally at Senate and CEO level. This had been going on for at least 2 months prior to the invasion of our space. So with in fighting and a near Civil War the pressure was already growing.
2)The Invasion of JQA really couldnĘt have happened at a worse time for us. With internal politics clouding the real issues and some Corps covering the truth about active numbers. This left us with very few numbers to repel an attack of this size and ferocity.
So the real reason for the collapse of JQA was down to its own members and the Xca forces just pushed us over the edge.
I must it this point commend the invasion forces, who pushed us to our limit whilst teaching some of us tactics for the future. They have remained honourable and true to their words for Corporations that wished to leave and those that are still doing so. I hope they will continue to be this way in the future to others.
So there it is. I feel very sad to be writing this as I have lived in S-U8 since a month after JQA was conceived and in MK7 since before that. I have watched the Alliance grow up, get recognized by the Jove Empire and then rip itself apart from the inside out.
JQA no longer stands for anything but a name of a once great friendship between a few like minded players that had a dream.
I wish all my Friends and Corporations that I have had the pleasure to watch over, good luck.
Farewell JQA

Now thats how an alliance goes out with dignity. Respect to you guys. Good and honest read. Never give up and keep dreaming of better things! Stuff is just stuff and its the personalities and friendships that matter in the end.
Best wishes to you all.

Edited by: Loka on 14/02/2005 14:37:19 JQA, hmm if someone would ask me in the future: "Loka i heared you were a soldier in this war. What can you say about JQA"
I would only be able to reply this: "The most honorable fighters i ever met. They fought like tigers and they last like a bull."
Farewell JQA. You will be kept as strong and brave alliance, willing to defend their space with anything they have.
We live for the honor and for honor we die. _____________________________________ Dead or Alive

Wherever your journey may bring you crisis, the dignity, straightforwardness and most upfront way of announcing the end of an era, the start of a new one has undoubtfully announced itself in the change of attitude you portray in this very same post.

I salute JQA and will long cherish the memory of the good times we have had in the past. Believe it or not, I am sad to see you go, but I truly believe it was the best thing that could happen. I wish all JQA pilots the best of luck in the future. Syndicate will never forget you.

The two big battles at the start of our occupation of JQA space were the most memorable, and fun battles i have been in since the "Graveyard" battle in U-Q some months earlier.
I salute JQA for its spirit and determination in the face of overwhelming firepower and experience.
An era in Syndicate has ended, a new one is about to begin.

Official Response
Supremacy Corporation has the utmost respect for all former members of JQA. You fought hard for your space, and put up a hell of a fight during our initial skirmishes. You had a large number of very loyal people in your alliance, good people - most notably Crisis and Chris Reed, in my opinion.
With JQA relinquishing its claims over the two constellations, Supremacy now officialy claims them - MK7-AO, and JQV5-9.

Edited by: Hastrabull on 14/02/2005 17:17:38 Great Game, great fights, a lot of fun JQA :)
It was THE BEST campaign i was ever been :)
I hope our paths will cross again, someday :)
And remember. When there is a war, always someone wins, someone looses. At the end its not important who won and who lost but who had the will and spirit to fight.

GF, guys i Can rem the first battle we had against u and the server was ill prepared for ur overwhelimng numbers as u jumped in, it seemed as tho even allie ships disappeared from vision, and forced us to log out... What am amazing next 2 battles we had, slugging it out for almost 8 HOURS per battle OMG, what fun it was, Im a little sad to hear some of u r quiting.... But u always seemed to have honor and dignity (save one pilot who will remain nameless who did some exploiting of a "convo"), they where some of the largest battles i ever took place in, GL in ur next endeavor

Been a pleasure. I can seriously recommend several corporations from the JQA to other alliances who are after pvp corporations.
Won't mention names on here but they know who they are, if they ever need a reference just ask.
