I nominate Roy Batty's death speech from Braderunner.
Awesomely poignant piece of cinema that still moves me after all these years.

The Blade Runner line was epic when I first saw it as a kid, to this day I still wonder what a C-Beam is.
But for me, this line, the answer that Clint Eastwood gives is simply chilling to the core, Unforgiven is what I call a true man movie.
*** Little Bill Daggett: You'd be William Munny out of Missouri. Killer of women and children. Will Munny: That's right. I've killed women and children. I've killed just about everything that walks or crawled at one time or another. And I'm here to kill you, Little Bill, for what you did to Ned.

I know what you're thinking. "Did he fire six shots or only five?" Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself. But being as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: "Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya, punk?

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy My brothers. And you will know My name is the Lord when I lay My vengeance upon thee.

Works best, if you watch the complete Rooftop Scene The scared little Human Deckard. The Ubermensch Batty chasing him and saving him. "Quite an experience to live in fear, isn't it? That's what it is to be a slave." And then "I've seen ...."
