Dont Care for the propulsion changes... say good bye to good fights as it will now require what, 5 frigs with multijammers to lock someone down... racial scrambling = stupid

chance based anything, as hanns pointed out with his Crow vs. Taranis fight.... stupid stupid stupid...
and as far as falloff improving range on warp scrammers, if the extra range comes at the cost of having a chance it wont work... What are you crazy? I would personally pod anyone of my tacklers if they decided to try and warp scramble at 10km and missed instead of going for the sure -2 at 7.5km

interesting point. maybe it will change the tactical setup of fleets a lot. with the artillery in the back where it belongs. the EW ships in second line and the tacklers/blasterthrons in front....trying to kill the EW of the enemy or defending the own.
ok...i have little knowledge of fleet encounters. and it will not work the way i described... but someone has to dream about something ;)
Fleet battles will never be this. 20 apocs focus firing kills any bs in the game instantly, no need for tacklers, no need for ew... thats just how it is... ew can counter that, now that their's range and optimal, and its stupidly close... well if you've ever done the jamming thing you are thin as paper(as it should be)...
and webbing at 12km with a fleeting propulsion? wtf... webs NEED to stay the same... you are fubaring the game with these changes.

Chanced based scramblind seems to be broken on the test server? using 2 short range scrams, my targets are still often able to warp out.... when they have no stabs fitted and I am orbiting them at about 5km.
Even worse, my long range scram, around 20 km seems to work about 1/5 of the time... meaning to make sure I can get someone scrammed I want as many ships their as possible... this change kills good fights... and turns eve, even more into a game of ganks.
