Give stealth bombers a 4th launcher slot, and a tiny power grid boost to accommodate the 4th torpedo launcher. The turret hard points are kinda silly |

To reach full potential a stealth bomber has to be used in non empire space, this gives it a full potential use in empire space also |

So a ship that can warp around cloaked and deal ~500 DPS against large ships using torps somehow isn't living up to its potential?
What "potential" are you speaking of? Because that's pretty good for a ship worth less than 30 million IMO. Change isn't bad, but it isn't always good. Sometimes, the oldest and most simple of things can be the most elegant and effective. |

A ship with 5 high slots, 3 launcher and for some reason 2 unbonused all but useless turret hard points, basic high slot fit is Covert ops cloak Torpedo launcher x3 Bomb launcher (only usable in sov null sec)
Any reason it could not be Covert Ops Cloak Torpedo Launcher x3 Bomb launcher OR torpedo launcher ( totaling 4 in empire space) |

Look at it from this prospective also Inquisitor has 3 launcher and 1 turret hard points Breacher has 3 launcher and 1 turret hard points Galllente has no T1 missile ship Kestrel has 4 launcher and 0 turret hard points
Now their Upgraded versions have Purifier 3 launcher and 2 turret (+1) hard points Houng 3 launcher and 2 turret (+1) hard points Nemesis 3 launcher and 2 turret hard points 'Anticore 3 launcher (-1) and 2 (+2) turret hard points
Does it make any sense why they decided to add extra turret hard points to elite missile ships to you? |

I'm 110% sure this is how they intended it. Bombers have extremely fast maneuverability and ~3-4 of them can **** a battleship. A 4th launcher slot would mean you'd be able to completely wreck battleships with extremely high dps and be able to get away, since you're a tiny and fast frigate. |

Stealth Bombers are anything but fast. Most T1 frigates are faster and more agile than they are. They were designed to be cheap, sneaky, slow-ish, DPS slingers with no tank.
Actually... looking at cloaky ships in general... they pretty much suffer from poor agility across the board.
