I've just gotten into Planetary Interaction and it seems like something I want to do a lot more of. That immediately makes me wonder if the Primae would be a good investment.
The thing is, what good is it? Is it really any better than other Industrial ships for Planetary Interaction? It doesn't seem to have much hauling capacity. Wouldn't any of the Iteron series be better for PI?
What makes the Primae special?

It is not really a good ship, like the Apothiosis and Echilon it is just a freebie.
More of a Hanger Ornament, it will do PI just fineif you really wanna use it.

Its a dumb gimmick freebie. For PI, certainly in low or null sec you want a blockade runner. ~~~

Oh, it was a freebie ship! I didn't know that. I only just came back to EVE recently and thought it was some kind of regular ship.
Thank you!

Actually people in low sec or null will be expecting a blockade runner. Your best bet is an industrial. They are less likly to attack you if your in a harmless indy. Idny will bring way less attention to you then a bloackade runner would. "Sorry, Your Sov Options are Unavailable due to a PSN Outage."

There are enough idiots that try to haul stuff through lowsec in T1 haulers that it's almost always worth the minimal effort to catch one and destroy it to see what's inside.
Blockade runners that are flown with the least bit of caution and skill are very difficult to catch and thus unless you are lucky enough snag one at a gate with a fast-mover (decloak it before it warps), it's generally a lesson in futility trying to track one down as the pilot will spend as much time as possible cloaked.
