The tiny bit of tank it affords you is no where near as important as capacitor it takes to run it. You can also drop one HS and nanofiber for dual TEs. The extra range is very nice to have, and the tracking buff you get up close is noticeable too. Harbinger is a good shield BC thats getting overlooked too much. Run it with Basilisks and they can hit you with a bit of cap as well when you get neuted hard, and they are better than Scimitars at repping.

Its more for scaring them off than killing them. Its what my alt flies when I dual box. Main is in something that can tackle. Its a pretty cold day in hell when either of my characters is mobile during one of my many lopsided 0.0 fights so I didn't see the point (lol pun).

Obviously the Falcon will warp in at range, but I'd say the chances are VERY VERY HIGH that you can sneak that Drake in close enough to score a point and kill before he realizes he's been pure counter fit. -- Eve Forum ***** Extraordinaire On Twitter
