Tried to re-sub my char and I get a new account managment page. tried to select Payment options but it dont work. Cant select anything other than card payment or gtc everything else is ****ed up !
Guess ccp dont really want my money
CCP why you keep changing things that arn't broke ?

Sending in a petition, priceless. For everything else there is whining in the forums. Oh and by the way is is "are'nt" and "can't" and "don't" which should actually be "didn't".

Especially as OP might be native non-english speaking.. Also, what does "Sending in petition, priceless." mean? Is that an advice? If so, I think Majid did make some more errors there..

The older one gave you the exact moment the account runs out. Also I¦ve no idea where to redeem that PLEX I put there, and I¦m afraid to experiment with it as I¦m almost sure this overfluffed thing will gobble it up.

Yes, I have 2 accounts that expired this weekend and can't extend the gametime using paypal, noththing happens when I click the paypal payment options. Have another account expiring tonight which paypal also doesn't work on. I opened a petition yesterday and haven't see a response.

I can assure you the old account management was also fairly broken. But from my brief look at the new one it still doesn't seem much better.
Really needs to have the user experience of managing accounts improved. It's still poorly designed and confusing.

Update: some people using Internet Explorer 8 may experience an issue with the account management page. If you're using IE8, could you please switch to another browser and let me know if that solves the problem for you?

Hey Mr Spitfire....ur right....IE8 wont work.....so i tried it on firefox and guess what.....it took my money !
just to confirm IE8 Payments are busted ....BUT....firefox works
btw plz can i have a NYX for helping solve the issue ?

CCP Alice just posted that the IE 7/8 issues have been resolved. Please let me know if the problems still persist, and we'll make the web hamsters behave.
