i just took a look through 3 or 4 pages of forums and they have stopped relying to posts.
is it that they (CCP Soundwave LOL) have taken heed of the forum for once and are now whimpering in a meeting room discussing how to fix it?
I just had a thought, just want to share it;
If CCP keep screwing people like this and massive alliance leaders REALLY dislike the feature, will they leave, will the 1337 PvPer's leave, and will that crush the alliance tournements?
I fear this, and thought, what if people like garmon for instance decided he hates incarna and left and that was followed by all the l33t pvpers? alliance tournements would be fought by nubs that dont have a clue how to play anything but COD LOL!!!!
The day might come, and i will pis.s my pants laughing hard in the general direction of iceland and their big stupid volcano (which is also controlled by CCP I swear).

I want to know why we still haven't had an official release on the absurd prices in the vanity store (nothing noble about it). That's not to mention no response on the leaked document (though they ban a few of the earlier posters).
The longer this silence goes on for the more bad PR they are accumulating as well as a larger number of upset / bitter players.

It's more likely they're busy fighting among themselves. It's business 101 to at least form a unified front towards the outside world, so we'll likely get a response when Darth Soundwave and Darth Zinfandel have crushed the rebellion.

I'm just thinking, from past experiance flying with good pvp'ers, they don't like change much as it is, then on top the aruomoemosme (what ever that crap is, the oposite of ISK) being a con, loosing the fast dock function (being able to just double click your ship to swap ammo, open drone bay without opening fitting sreen or ships tab) that they will find pvp to long to enjoy doing any more.
is this CCP's way of 'getting people into lowsec and null' by making people fed up and leave? so alliance's will shatter and FPS (first person shooter) players can come in and take over? :S:S:S

Even in its darkest, twilight hours, the EVE forums and its community deliver the hilarity.

Edited by: P42ALPHA on 23/06/2011 10:46:59 Its just that they realized it is the same 10 ppl crying up a storm. Nothing new to be posted for about 5 pages. Why would they respond to that. All the answers are out there, creating new QQ threads will not get you what u want.
L33t pvpers dont play barbie. they shoot sh!t. Nor do they cry on the forums, they adapt.
Get over your self, you are about as important to this game as I am. So we are both zero's.
But if you would like i will call the wambulance for you. Lawl.

Edited by: Jennifer Starling on 23/06/2011 10:55:12 Well they need money to finance their side projects. They took a loan from investors and/or banks to have some means to get those extra teams working and that money has to be payed back. Perhaps conditions have changed and investors always keep a scruniting eye on whatever they invest their money in.
Since there's still a lack of new players (for a lot of reasons) the only option is to get even more form their existing playerbase. Power of two, plex and now microtransactions all help.

CCP's standard damage control procedure is to ignore everything for a week then act like it never happened possibly in conjunction with some joking/empty promises/spin.
P good tactic. Works most of the time.

Seriously, my own tastes asside (and my tastes are probably different) do your think any gamers accustemd to other fps or high budget mmo's will try the avatar out in the station and think that its anything other than pathetic? It moves sorta like that free disney pirates of the caribean mmo from 5 years ago.. slightly higher rendering but the same sorta delayed movment

CCP is just busy speeding up the launch of the new forums so that all these threads are gone for good.

Probably because anything they say at this point will probably be flamed or taken out of context. Probably waiting for things to cool down a bit. Or they could be in meetings discussing damage limitation.
So now I've said that, 'sods law' they probably reply to something.

It will likely be too late for them then, because the sh!tstorm will just spread to those and because the media is already having a field day with this one.

they are probably trying to deal with the **** storm that has occurred due to the leaked documents showing their ideas and intentions for the future. Some of which are the direct opposite to what devs have been promising us wont happen.
