I would pay that for the "opt out of Incarna" feature that gives me back the old hangar view.

I'd purchase CCP for that much and stop the game from sucking, probably make back too because its obvious so many ways for ccp to make both crowds happy.
make incarna optional= magically everyone who hates CQ is appeased
make cheaper things in NEX store = magically the monocle is a joke

How much isk you got tied into the PLEX market thats not going up up up in value as you you want Akitie since they introduced high aur pricing to not explode the PLEX demand and hence cost?

I would like the ability to redirect CCP's effort to gameplay improvments rather than "how can we best sugar the fact that we want to milk more money from you" improvements.

Kind of depends on whether those 100k AUR would represent 571 of my dollars or 11.5 billion of my ISK 
In the latter case, I'd be happy to buy something totally whimsical for it -a Leisure Suit Larry style jacuzzi for example. In the former case... hell, I probably spent more then 571 dollars on Eve already as it is, like hell I'd do that again for something that merely looks pretty.
(By the way, I don't really see the difference, gamewise between the old and the new view: the icons are the same, you can still watch your ship in the hangar...) |

In fact the new CQ takes half the time to load than the old hangar view did for me.
