So i started another account and it's just in a trial account atm. i had my main playing ingame and i went to open another client and log in and it said something about not being able to log in? I think it said something about We are happy you enjoy eve but limit it to one account or something like that.
Whats up with that? Maybe because the one is only a trial?

Copy the entire Eve folder and call it Eve 2 or something.
Then ensure that you have a link to the exe file (or something) and then start it up.
YOu can not run two clients from the same folder.

Trial accounts limit the number of Eve clients you can log onto. If you had two active accounts one eve folder is enough.
So you either play on you main or alt for the time being. Sorry.

Sure you can. You just can't run any other accounts if you're running a trial account at that time. Upgrade to full accounts and you can have as many as you like running at a time. ---------------

What he said. Trial accout hoses multiple accounts, makes perfect sense too.

Lies, I regularly run 4 accounts from the one and only installation of EVE on my PC, with no issues. The problem the OP is experiencing is the limitation imposed by CCP of only one trial account being open on a computer at any time, what the OP needs to do is pay up. --------------------------------------------

If you login a trial account, you can not login anything else on that machine.
You can however log in as many PAID accounts as you like from a SINGLE client copy. _
