The comments come from http://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/CCP-Games-Reviews-E159347.htm
I'm only going to quote those comments that relate directly to the game or those ones that I see as a possible root on the problems that affect eve, unfortunately there will be few if any positive comments that fall in this category, you are free to go read all the comments to see not all is bad and not everything is bad for those devs.
I've lose the name of the player who posted the link in one of the threadnoughts, but thank you for it.
All comments are anonymous and most probably from low chain devs that form the cements of the company. This are public and so do not break any forum rules, but so was Helicity's at the time he posted, so whatever.

Quote: The lack of professionalism is mind blowing. Procedures that are common in other companies are not used here and considered a waste of time. There is no solid vision for EVE which leaves employees with no other option than to start work and find out what is wanted by trial and error, this is what CCP means with Agile development.
Quote: Fun game play is not a priority, promises made to investors and aesthetics are. æIf it looks good then it is goodÆ is an often heard motto. CCP is committed to use technology in EVE as well as WoD and DUST, so certain features are made and used in EVE knowing they will not be fun, nor fit EVE and no one expects them to be appreciated by the playerbase. Alienating the playerbase of EVE further. Objections from employees who point this out are waved away.
Quote:
CCP does not take criticism well and often ignores retrospectives. Criticism is considered to be a negative attitude and is severely frowned upon. A lot of effort goes into maintaining a good morale with a lot of internal PR.
Quote: Several years now CCP has predicated insane subscriber goals that cannot be met. Naturally this is met with scepticism by the employees but it falls on deaf ears. The result is that the company is suffering because we cannot sustain the development of EVE, DUST and WOD. EVE is not creating enough revenue which means that solutions are sought, solutions that CCP was vehemently against a few years ago.
Quote: Career progression is nonexistent unless you become friends with the right clique of people and use the right corporate buzzwords. Hard work is not something that will set you apart, most people work hard until they become so disillusioned as they realise it makes no difference and slack off.
Combine this with the below average pay (CCP pays 30% to 50% less than other companies) and youÆll often hear a lot of frustration when work is discussed outside of the office by people who have been here for some time. The longer you stay the less you start to care about the game you develope, because no one else does.
Quote: The people employed are often players of the company's game EVE Online, and as such are dedicated and loyal employees, proud to work for the company that makes this game. Working in a relaxed environment also contributes to a certain level of personal accountability which means no one is looking over your shoulder and they trust you to do your job well. The company also is generally quite focused on the fun aspect of work, and reiterates this in its environment and communications.
Quote: The other side of casual can mean downright unstructured, which spells disaster for company policies and procedures. Communication is fine, but often management is unwilling to participate in a thorough communications process, and is unwilling to accept that the culture will remain steady as a result.
Quote: There is a blatant lack of vision and direction for the project I work on and the people leading it are allowed to remain in their position on a basis of friendship rather than competence.
Quote: CCP struggles severely with internal and external communications. The senior management preaches corporate values which are unfortunately never reflected in actions. Vertical communication is virtually impossible as it is severely frowned upon, in spite of a lot of good attempts at peer level, and lots of talk from middle and senior management. It is simply not possible to have a good balance between communication at the coffee machine and a proper paper trail to make sure that things actually get understood and acted on.

Quote: CCP has a great presentation, but the reality is very different once you spend some time there giving it all you have to make things work with everyone to believe in the message the senior management wants you to believe in. It is called the CCP culture, but it does not exist anymore. All that remains is the social interaction between select groups at CCP. [...] Do not misunderstand me, it is a wonderful place to be. But it is not a place to work for long.
Quote: Stop acting on impressions given by friends who make you laugh. Start investing in understanding real and current processes, the information available for its sources as well as contents.
