hi there
i just wanted to make sure i got alle necessary steps for production correct.
in a nutshell:
1. BPO -> BPC
a. research the BPO to the ME PE levels you deem appropiate
b. make copies off of that BPO OR use that researched BPO for construction
2. set up production at an NPC station (or pos)
a. get enough resources to the station / pos
b. pick up items / ships etc
3. sell / give away, whatever
4. profit
for Tech II
1. c : make invention runse with the BPC
2. b. get the needed additional items for production ready and in place
c. pick up item
i know the details are more complicated, but i think thats it in a nutshell, right ??

basically this is correct...
for research the ME/PE is not relevant so make the research copies before doing the me/pe research
for construction the copies are safer if you have to move from station to station to find an available production line/shorter wait time.
you will need components for invention, and sometimes for copy, so you must make sure you have those supplies on site.
just a few things I thought of to add |

lol. I can't tell you how many times I have started a Copy job and found I needed 100 'Reports'. |

ahh... so i copy the BPO-¦s first, THEN do the ME / PW research ?
i thought it needed to improve the original, so all copies will have the better ME / PE values ??

no, you cannot research copies, also if you invent the copy's research level means nothing ( but number of runs might matter)
