Why am I surprised that this patch DOESN'T work. This really is getting beyond a joke...
download patch (auto), then client reboots to install, but you get an error at the end:
SOME FILES HAVE BEEN MODIFIED!
Please re-install
Check logs, and lots of these lines:
Examining File : /Contents/Resources/Czech.lproj/MainMenu.nib/keyedobjects.nib -> SHA1 Error

Edited by: Lederstrumpf on 28/06/2011 14:18:20 Try autopatching a second time.
Over here client has problems to recognize it got autopatched already on the first restart after autopatching.
Had the same behaviour for all Incarna minipatches. Didn't care to report it.
Clicking OK and "Downloading the patch" for a second time does fix it for me. (After 2nd download and 3rd restart the client recognizes it got patched already.).
Always fun. |

Now tried multiple times with reboot of computer and still no good with auto patching. Also tried manual patching with the same result.
I really can't stand to download the full client again.
Anyone else same issue?

had to re-download the patch and re-patch it 3 times until it worked but it did work in the end !
click no when it comes to go to the support group, then remove last patch and do it as many times as it is necessary

I remember fixing patching issues with a repair tool, the one I have doesn't seem to work any more. Is there an updated one and has anyone used it to fix this patching issue?

I patched on one of my systems with no problems so far. I installed Incarna 1.0 from the full installer and haven't tried the repair tool. |

I have the same issue. I was able to successfully install the original incarna update first time, then the next two little patches were fine as well. Now this... :(

Best Advice Ever = Save the dmg file you download. For some reason if you uninstall EVE with that issue, and just reinstall from the DMG it works, go figure.
