An issue causing skills to not be applied to ships has now been resolved. This will be addressed in a future release. Currently you can apply a workaround which is to relog in a station or Log off in space, wait until your ship gets removed from space and then log back in.
That is utterly terrible, skills are the core of the game, without them we are nothing.
So we are expected to relog every time we jump into a new ship and skills dont apply properly? This happens to me 1 in every 5 ship changes or 1 in every 10 ammo reloads, all of a sudden my missile skills stop applying.
Should be top of the priority list and this extended downtime is hardly worth the fix's they are doing.

The company has kind of lost its mind, tbh, with the fluff expansion. We don't EVE to play dressup--we EVE to kill kill kill, and this expansion just has nothing to offer gamers. Thing is, things that would improve the game the most are load times (into and out of stations and post jump), and warp speed (because generally speaking travel time is game time lost). New ships, new skins, new kinds of missions... New kinds of mission challenges (race-style missions with frigs and a loot the treasure and bring it back as a time challenge)... Gamer stuff is what EVE Online needs--not a monocle on which no one in their right mind is going to throw precious dollars away. I'm ****ed that I bought a cheap graphics card to upgrade my work computer so I could play after the shader model bar was raised, and now it's raised again and I can't even get the client to work at work. My boss is too cheap to upgrade, and with all the settings turned down I could still manage my wormhole planets while looking at the starmap. Peeps who say that other people are trying to be cheap and that an upgrade is the only solution are just trolls--the real blame lies with the company who is trying to push the bar without really pushing the bar...
