So ... i find the combat sites , i smash the rats ... now what ? The deadspace modules that might drop are at random wrecks or ... with the faction spawns it`s easy because they`re named , but i am not sure where the deadspace loot is .
Also i saw in some guides that sometimes you have to destroy the structures to get additional spawns , any drop from them too or just wasted time ?

It's best to look up the sites, a simple google search will usually tell you what's good and what you have to blow up.

There is nothing to find... I would suggest missions or mining.

Anyone can shoot themselves in the foot, or the ass, but in this case CCP managed to do both with one shot, which takes real skill.

If by combat sites you mean Cosmic Anomalies, than you are wasting your time. Cosmic Anomalies might have a faction rat once in a while, check its wreck for stuff if you get one.
The "combat sites" that normal people talk about are Cosmic Signatures. They have to be scanned down using probes and they normally have DED rating.

i see .. thanks for tip . I found one or two with a rating in my 3 hours roaming through LOTS of systems , and i couldn`t even enter cause i was in a cruiser sized ship . But the most of rated deadspace plexes have public beacons and seems to be farmed by lots of people ...

Right. Now you are in the territory of static ded complexes and hidden ded complexes.
Static ded complexes are on overview and, as you have noted, mostly camped.
Hidden ded complexes show up as Cosmic Signatures and have to be scanned down. These are hard to find in high sec. You might invest in assault frigate for low end complex and battlecruiser/command ship for high end complex when you find them.

Hideout, Lookout, Watch and Vigil and most of the Drone sites are the more common type of combat sites (Cosmic Signature) found by exploration with probes that don't have a DED rating.
Some combat sites will need to have a main structure attacked to trigger the spawn of Faction Commander NPC (Named), sometimes the structure needs to be destroyed for chance of escalation.
Usually there will be either a message box pop up on screen or some colored text showing in Local Chat Channel to let you know what structure to attack. Such as: 'The Commander, safe in his Control Bunker, sends out his loyal minions to greet you.' or 'Intruders are here, protect the Farm at all cost.'
The named Commander NPC or Overseer Structure has a chance to drop Faction loot when destroyed.
