We have booked the "bar" from friday to suday and on saturday we have the conference room ( 50 person room ) on second floor ( it also has a bar with brand new Internet from Virgin

CCP and others will share our knowlegde of EvE with a very good seminar and after that we will make a "pub" fleet so bring your laptops


Friday 9 of november
We do food and bar testing at the Old nag's head until closing time

Saturday 10 of november
Kl 12:00 - 16:00 Eve seminar on second floor with CCP on Skype video followed by a EvE Pub Fleet

19:00 -- party time at bar until we get podded !


Sunday 11 of november
Trying to warp safe home

The main purpose is to get togheter and have a great time
and maybe learn to know some new fellow EvE players

Have you guys ever been to www.kyotolounge.com out of curiosty? its a gaming bar like 10 min walk from there, they got like 12 high end pc's with space for latops, xbox ps3 the whole shabang etc and beer. can be booked for future events just passing on the inro for future reference.

Yeah Kyoto is pretty cool, although a bit small for an eve gathering depending on numbers, there's only the ****** backroom available for eve and they only have starcraft installed from memory. Have photographed one of the Bit lord events there.
