It just feels right to have them show up there when they have a mission for you. They, in relation to other agents, after all actually take the initiative to ask for you. It would be only logical if they show up in your CQ in person to ask for you when you dock in their station.
I guess the same would work for R&D agents when they ask for those extra minerals and what not.
It would make the CQ feel a little more useful and living.

Personally there? No At the big screen? Yes, but all agents. At the 'other part of the station'? Probably.
Thats how i would do it.

If they personally ask for me, then they can damn well come to my quarters as well, to show that they mean business! Once the mission is over they would leave again.
As for having agents on the screen, yes I'm all for that, it would be pretty cool (There is so much stuff you could add to the screen; mail notifications, configurability, all or at least some ingame windows and so on)

I have 14 storylines waiting acceptance, thanks to L1 grinding.
You do realize that it'll get mighty crowded in the CQ really fast?

What you have is 14 Agents at different stations with missions for you OR one agent at a station with 14 missions. (or something in between)
This idea is that storyline agents will come to your quarters if you dock at the correct station.
I love this idea... the damn room needs to be more than a glorified UI. If CCP want to create 'seamless immersion' then its things like this that will get people like me to turn off the door!
