Could I? All trading skills, level 5, could I buy and sell from any region to all regions? Or is it only up to one region?

Trading skills are as follows....
*Accounting Proficiency at squaring away the odds and ends of business transactions, keeping the check books tight. Each level of skill reduces transaction tax by 10%
*Broker Relations Proficiency at driving down market-related costs. Each level of skill grants a 5% reduction in the costs associated with setting up a market order, which usually come to 1% of the order's total value. This can be further influenced by the player's standing towards the owner of the station where the order is entered.
*Contracting This skill allows you to create formal agreements with other characters. For each level of this skill the number of outstanding contracts is increased by four (up to a maximum of 21 at level 5)
*Corporation Contracting You are familiar with the intricacies of formalizing contracts between your corporation and other entities. For each level of this skill the number of concurrent corporation/alliance contracts you make on behalf of your corporation is increased by 10 up to a maximum of 60.
*Daytrading Allows for remote modification of buy and sell orders. Each level of skill increases the range at which orders may be modified. Level 1 allows for modification of orders within the same solar system, Level 2 extends that range to systems within 5 jumps, and each subsequent level then doubles it. Level 5 allows for market order modification anywhere within current region
*Margin Trading Ability to make potentially risky investment work in your favor. Each level of skill reduces the percentage of ISK placed in market escrow when entering buy orders. Starting with an escrow percentage of 100% at Level 0 (untrained skill), each skill level cumulatively reduces the percentage by 25%. For a maximum reduction of approximately 24% total escrow at Level 5.
*Marketing Skill at selling items remotely. Each level increases the range from the seller to the item being sold. Level 1 allows for the sale of items within the same solar system, Level 2 extends that range to systems within 5 jumps, and each subsequent level then doubles it. Level 5 allows for sale of items located anywhere within current region.
*Procurement Proficiency at placing remote buy orders on the market. level 1 allows for the placement of orders within the same solar system, Level 2 extends that range to systems within 5 jumps, and each subsequent level then doubles it. Level 5 allows for placement of remote buy orders anywhere within current region. Note: Placing buy orders and directly buying an item are not the same thing. Direct remote purchase requires no skill.
*Retail Ability to organize and manage market operations. Each Level raises the limit of active orders by 8
*Trade Knowledge of the market and skill at manipulating it. Active buy/sell order limit increased by 4 per level of skill.
*Tycoon Ability to organize and manage ultra large-scale market operations. Each level raises the limit of active orders by 32.
*Visibility Skill at acquiring products remotely. Each level of skill increases the range your remote buy orders are effective to from their origin station. Level 1 allows for placing of remote buy orders with a range limited to the same solar system, level 2 extends that range to systems within 5 jumps, and each subsequent level then doubles it. Level 5 allows for a full regional range. Note: Only remotely placed buy orders (using procurement) require this skill to alter the range. Any range can be set on a local buy order with no skill.
*Wholesale Ability to organize and manage large-scale market operations. Each level raises the limit of active orders by 16.
Hope that helps. _____________________________________ MM Inc. "We Make It, It does NOT make Us!" |

You asked a question about PLEXing when there's an entire forum section for PLEXs. You asked a question about market skills when there's not only an entire market section but also a skills section.
What was I supposed to think? I already told you in another thread that you should seek out basic Q&A stuff like this in at least three other places before posting threads here.
This is not a help forum, it's a discussion forum.
I do not mean to split hairs, but it would be different if you had not posted three entirely separate threads in as many hours rather than simply joining the Help channel ingame and getting instant answers to your questions.

Nope, I would be doing the same thing a moderator would be, except obviously I would simply move the topic to the right section rather than egg him for posting multiple threads in the wrong section.
Try again, there's literally no way you can say that a topic about market skills belongs in General Discussion instead of the MARKET OR SKILL SECTIONS OF THE FORUM.
Thanks.

Peoples trolldars are highly tuned on these forums and your topic title was somewhat misleading.
http://eve.grismar.net/wikka.php?wakka=TradeSkills
You are restricted to the region you are in at the time of trading, but if you train marketing and procurement high enough you can influence an entire region simply by entering a single system there. Visibility helps greatly in this since you don't even need to dock in a station to make regional buy orders. This allows you to influence 0.0 markets where you do not have docking access by sitting (ideally) cloaked up in a safespot somewhere in the region ~~~

Yea, it's hot as balls in the office today and after three weeks of every kind of spam known to humanity being posted here after the expansion drop, I'm a little tired of anything and everything that even remotely reeks of it.
My main issue is that I already told him in a thread before this literally an hour or so ago, that he was posting stuff like this in the wrong section, and I would rather just hassle him than use the report button and hassle a moderator who has been neck deep in NEX OMGWTFBBQWORLDISENDING spam for almost a month straight now and could probably use a break.

Uh, no, the mods (hopefully) wouldn't be trolling. They'd kindly and graciously move the thread to the proper sub forum.
That's kind of, exactly what I said [) did you read the whole sentence?
