As anybody who has put up a majorly defended POS knows, it's a major time investment to anchor/online each mod individually, and unfortunately you have to sit there the whole time because you can only have one things anchoring/unanchoring, and one thing onlining/offlining at a time. For some POSes, this means you can be sitting there for literally hours, clicking a button or two every 2-3 minutes.
I propose we implement a "POS actions queue" - this would work exactly the same way as current POS mechanics, but instead of an error message when you did an action while an action of that type was being performed, it would instead add it to a "POS queue". You'd still have to go through all the same clicks to get things anchored/onlined, but you could do all the clickfesting in 2 runs (one for onlining or offlining, and one to anchor/unanchor). Everything would still take the same amount of time, it would just happen automagically as an action finishes. If desired, the queue would clear/cancel when the player warps off, to maintain the current requirement that the player be present for the duration (effectively, though you could technically warp on/off the field every few minutes). This would assist by letting players set up POSes and then read their evemail/afk a bit/etc and not spend hours onlining.

+1 Yes please. There should be a skill for this that requires at least anchoring level 5 because of the issues it could cause in war situations. Enemy comes in sets POS and queue and they leave...

+1... as corp POS manager, and the recent wardec/end wardec/wait/wardec..etc we've been getting, I've had to switch the setup on our POSses from regular ops with lots of wonderfull research and fluffy manufacturing plants to, OMG PLEASE DON"T POINT THAT THING AT MY PLANET-mode. Switching off and unanchoring/anchoring 30+ structures every few weeks takes up a ****load of my time, and nowadays I have more than 1 POS to work with, it's getting ridiculous. Having a queue would make this soooooo much easier.

+1 Great idea. I live in a Wormhole that is exploding in development and this would enable us to set up the queue and then leave to do sites... it would be a lot more convenient. +1 again
