This plan is meant to cover all the basic support skills I will need to properly tank and run level 4 missions. After it is complete I am going perception/willpower to skill up turrets and ships. Drones, Weapon Upgrades, Advanced Weapon Upgrades, spaceship command, and Advanced spaceship command are in the per/will remap.
Are there any major skills I am missing that would benefit me most while I have an int/mem remap? http://eveboard.com/pilot/Digital_Messiah

I totally spaced these! Thank you, I added Infomorph psychology to the per/will remap. Since it is a char/will skill anyways. Is thermodynamics 5 absolutely necessary? Or can I get away with 4?

You can get away with 4 and not worry about it too much, but it's certainly worth getting to 5 in the long run.

To run level 4 missions, IV is more than enough. If you ever intend to do more with the character, there's obviously a lot of other int/mem skills you could still train. --- Drykor - AHARM |

Those would be included yeah, electronic warfare, remote repair/shield including on a capital level, also local capital repairing, jumping skills, cloaking, propulsion jamming, exploration skills (astrometric stuff + hacking/analyzing/salvaging), additional rigging skills, T3 subsystem skills and I'm sure I'm missing a few. None too relevant for level 4's though, although I suppose you may want to get the salvaging skill. --- Drykor - AHARM |

What race and what tank? Your doing both which will delay getting into any ship concentrating too much on dual support. Good for longterm flexibility, but a poor skill plan if you actually want to play the game anytime soon
Shield tanking is generally active, so the specific shield compensation are a waste unless your careless all the time and struggle to turn your tank on. For armor, I would take these to IV as you will likely have at least one passive mod, EANM being the obvious

Gallente is what I have planned atm. So the shield are meant to be level 4 with operation 5 for the odd time I want to shield tank a fit. Though my armor skills are what I am going to be using mainly. Drones are part of per/will because they train at 2280 instead of 2200. Very small difference but everything counts.
I don't plan to use this character for pvp. If anything I will buy a cruiser specialized character after accumulating money with this guy. So all my skills are mainly for level 4 use.

Edited by: Jacob Stiller on 15/08/2011 01:01:39 Edited by: Jacob Stiller on 15/08/2011 01:00:46 If you want to open up T2 ships in the next year, taking sig analysis, long range targeting, and electronics upgrades to 5 should give you most of them. The remaining lines would be opened up with evasive manuveuring and propulsion jamming 5. Keep in mind that logis can lock 10 targets (multitask III). Also if you have cov ops and recon ships, you should add in EWAR, cloaking, and probing skills. I myself am considering taking probing skills even without cov ops in case I decide to try WH space.
Edit: Ah, you are planning strictly missioning with no PVP. In that case, BSes and HACs would suit you just fine in the long run. Edit2: Or go for the infamous Tengu.

You'll probably want to hit the various connections (security at least, maybe distribution / mining) at some point.

Those are on a separate plan :D. But I am doing them before I go perception/willpower
