I don't consider my Zealot a 'poker'  It can do a lot but it can be pretty risky most of the time. The only thats ever really hurt me so far are gank setups (lack of agility means time it takes to warp = death) and of course, missles/nos. The mega got me to half armor with just 2 launchers w/torps

Well me with me crap ability flying a Deimos it goes like this
Megathron: Fun Fun Fun
Armageddon: Hope I'm not too far away
Apoc: <MC Hammer> Can't touch me</MC Hammer>
Domi: If your a vampire I'm going to cry
Tempest: Fun Fun Fun
Typhoon: Dunno, never seen one
Raven: Ooops, dead Deimos
Scorp: WTB: Backup arrays $^$ú$^ú
So basically, yes you can kill a BS but it needs to be have turrets on and you can't start more than 30k away from the target unless he's a tard. Also heavy nos's are the devil if he's using more than one.
The ECM Changes will nerf the crap out of a Deimos though, scrambled and webbed 15-20k from a BS is going to **** you up.
And it ****es me off that no matter how I fit my ship there is no way I can kill a Raven without dying myself, the fact that he doesn't have to think about his fit at all and can have 2m skill points and still do it just rubs it in, at least with the others it takes more experience than just pushing the "OMGDEATHTOALL" button on the dashboard.

I've got both an ishtar and deimos, but I'm still training for tech 2 medium guns so I fly the ishtar most of the time. It's fantastic for agent missions, as the larger cargo space lets you carry all the loot, especially on wave missions. Two extra hardeners of a similar type make you even tougher against serpentis that you can fit many other counter mods, or even load up of plenty of ECM if you're going PvP.

Nah, but seriously I knew about this already - he thought you were a nasty little Omen, until your lasers stripped his shields away like warm butter! HACs do have the whole 'surprise' element going for them - I tried to engage a Prophecy the other day in my Deimos, and he was ready to engage back until he noticed 'Elite Cruiser' in the right-click menu. Given another 2 kilometres and he would have been mine...

Ive killed a Raven in my vagabond. 720 2s and ECM 4tw!  Though Id have been toast if he had thought of FoFs I guess... It seems less people than i expected bring them along, from recent experience...

I fly both vagabond and munin. I don't see a way a vagbond can kill a bs under normal circumstances. my munin is a different thing. it has very very good damage output but can't tank and do damge in the same time. so u really got to know when u use it and how. Furthermore i don't see how any close-medium range hac can take any misile ship that includes typhoon, tempest if 4/4, raven or scorp. there's just no way. even with defenders wich suck u just can't get through their tank before they pop u. Gunboats are easier to kill with hac imo because they just can't have good hits at you.
and Munin is a very good hac. It gets all bonuses on projectile one can wish, with both damage bonuses being at lvl5 for cruiser skill. and tracking is very usefull to get good hits and wrecking while optimal range bonus makes up the range for using best damaging ammo (emp). death-

I fly an Eagle atm, and although I'm fairly happy with (t2) rails, I've heard some good things about sticking blasters on it. One thing that is often overlooked on it is it's tanking ability.
4 pdu II's, a large shield booster, 2 EM hardeners and a boost amp makes a pretty good tank. Earlier today I was tanking an Apoc and a Scorp with it, 390 boost for 160 cap every 4 seconds with all resists 60+ is a decent enough tank imho.
Maybe the t2 blasters will make it a viable pvp ship, but atm it's definately more suited to pve.
