I think that PC and NPC corp should simply be the same. Players could enter an NPC corp, gaining standings in this corp by making missions. When the standing will be good enough, the player could have some rights, some useful advantages (like special objects, or laboratory slots, or factory slot) over the corpo, and new duties also. For example with enough standing, a player could influence the mission that the agents could give. By the end the best player could take the CEO place of the NPC corp. This standing could fluctuate for the higher levels to avoid that a player that a player that stop the game while he is CEO could block the system....

The goal is to involve the players in the background of the game, to give new possibilities of interaction between the players and the environement. A CEO player would have a great power and a big influence other the game. There is also to much useless corp with only 1 or two players. This system is imersive.

That's the whole point. NPC corps are supposed to be bland and boring so people leave and make/join their own corps. |

There is a wall between the NPC corps and the PC corps. The NPC corps have no dynamismn tey do not evolve. The players corps a contrario, are too much volatiles and disapears by time. if you melt the two you can have the best of the two with a stable core made of NPCs and a dynamic options made by the players. I am french so I am not sure to make me well understood.
You can have that, as soon as we are allowed to wardec the NPC corps.
