Hi there,
I¦m living in a C3 atm and running the sites with a 2 Drake combo most the time without any hazzle but...
I saw several people stateing that this can be done also with a single Tengu. Now I wonder how a Tengu pilot is handleing the heavy neuting in some of the sites and if you give me some fits that are able to do C3s solo as that would be my next way to train for.

Injected tengu works well, although you need a supply of boosters in system tbh. Passive tengu is also possible, but you'll sacrifice damage mods. While the tengu is capable of a shield buffer of ~45kehp in a dps fit it's really intended for pvp (or ~90k if you want a sturdy fc ship  ).
Have you considered a nighthawk? T2 drake with better damage and bonuses for applying it to small stuff - which the tengu needs to use rig slots for - and a massive cargo hold (many people forget it's bigger than most bs holds)?

Take a look at this post I made a couple months ago. Pay particular attention to the Bibosikus link.
I use that fit, along with a couple slightly pimped versions in a C3.
Another possibility would be a pair of RR tengus, which should run less than 500m each (market depending ofc).

Thanks for the advice so far, sadly I have to deal with the neuting as my WH has a 25% decrease in targeting range ( sorry forgot that to mention in my inital post ) so staying out of neut rang isnt an option without gimping my tank. I guess I will try out the Nighthawk and see how it works out.

Don't be so quick to give up on the active tengu.....even (especially) in a Magnetar system.
Hint: swap electronic sub to Dissolution Sequencer, and play with the fit in eft, with the class 3 Mag sys in your projected effects box.
You may be pleasantly surprised.
After 5 min I came up with a fit with 85km target range, 735 dps, 695 omni tank, cap stable at 51% at a cost of about 725m. Perhaps not the best fit, but workable/tweakable.

I guess that you would be using a drake and a tengu or 2 tengus, because if you are doing it with 2 drakes now there is almost no possible way a single tengu could do it as fast?
