After reading the QEN from Dr.EyjoG, it seems that we are on our way to a nurf on payouts from missions and various other ISK faucets in EVE or a buff in the ISK Sinks due to fears of inflation from the Dr.
With that said, I was wondering if this would be a perfect opportunity to take up the issue of the low Risk vs reward in low-sec. It seems to me that if we are nurfing reward across the board that we could do some balancing across Null, Low, and High Sec faucets.
Personally, I would love to see a buff to lvl 5 mission rewards, bonuses, and bounties. As for ISK sinks, lower taxes, broker fees and transaction fees in low-sec. Add an allusive, extremely rare, low-sec exclusive, Jackpot site worth a few bill to the game. I think we might be able to make a dent in this Risk vs Reward issue that Low-Sec is suffering from.
Thanks for reading!

Combat arenas... all the fun of getting pricey T2 ships blown up, none of the problems of encountering 10 to 1 blobs.

I guess your the type that goes about EVE stuck in a noob corp doing most everything solo.
As it stands, other than low-sec moons (which are stupid [see tech moon for ex]) there is nothing to fight over, ISK wise, in low-sec. No one fights over the control of lvl 5's because they are crap. If they are worth a damn, people will want to keep them and unlike moons, when a corp/alliance get big enough they will move on to bigger and better things leaving the system for another group to control.
Basically, there is a hole in the ISK progression in this game and low-sec is a good place fill that hole. As it stands now, you have to make a jump from running low-profit missions as a group to controlling moons. This is fairly big jump once you get to that point as a corp/alliance. My suggestion is to buff lvl5 missions just enough so that they are less profitable then mid to high end moons but profitable enough where a group of people can grow and accumulate assets fast enough to acquire and hold moons. Essentially changing the payout of lvl5 mission so they can be treating as incubators for new corps/alliances.

Why lower them, in fact use the current as baseline for 0.1 systems and increase it considerably with system security status. And do the same for S&I slots.
Disallow market orders & contracting of contraband and pirate implants in hisec, only allow direct trade in stations.
While lowsec is currently the only area that is 100% pvp focused, the only way to really buff it is through trade & industry.

Hmmmm... So those corps full of people who can farm well over 1 million LP per person per day aren't earning enough? Yeah you're right they totally need a boost...
