since i have been spaming the trade chnls and any one i think possiby may have it with a offer of 1.2 billion isk for a kali midez insignia, there has been a never ending stream ofpeople wanting to know what it's for.

ok this maybe not much help but he shows up on level 2 and 3 missions for angel cartel i belive he shows up on blockade
hope u find one i know few others are after it as well

Special Ability: 25% bonus to Large Projectile Turret rate of fire
Minmatar Battleship Skill Bonus: 5% bonus to Large Projectile Turret damage per level
Gallente Battleship Skill Bonus: 5% bonus to Large Projectile Turret tracking speed per level
Not to mention 196m/s base speed before skills, mods, etc...
7 low, 5 med, 8 high.... 6 turrets 4 launchers.....

Getting the LPs is the easiest task. Agents ( at least in 0.0 ) are so buged, I wonder if theses tags are still dropable ...

It is nearly impossible to obtain the tags simply because the NPCs involved are a pretty much "OMGZ THEY SPAWNED IM SOOO LUCKY!!!!!!!" affair.
