Does anyone know how to calculate the Movement of a given item over a period of time via api pull?
I asked this in the Development thread and I don't get any answers. I can't believe that no one knows how to do this.

As far as I know, EVE-Central does not have an xml call for movement.
volume/all/ is the closest thing. -------------------------------------------

Hi Joras,
Didn't see your thread in Development. Anyway, there is no way to pull movement data from the API.
The only way to get the moment data (assuming you refer to the historical data in the 'other' market tab. Is to sc**** the cache when you look up the history. Sites like EVE Marketdata, EVEMarketeer and EVE Central use uploads of this sc****d data to build a more or less consistent picture of the whole universe. --- "A fool flatters himself, a wise man flatters the fool."

I could calculate the movement if I knew where Eve-Central was getting their "Initial Volume" and "Volume Remaining" I've tried calculating things out, but I can't seem to match numbers up between my info and Eve-Central.
I checked out Eve-Marketdata.com and when veiwing the information, it says it hasn't been updated recently. Is this just a user error and I'm reading information wrong?
