The sum requested is too small for you to need to ask for public funds. This smells of an attempt to build positive reputation.

Ah, I see. The fund would be able to scale up by a third at most, I doubt I could find a way to extrapolate profit beyond that. I understand the comment, and appreciate it. If it's too small for anyone else I'm sorry.
If anyone else has loose ISK they aren't using then mail me.

I was not warning about this offering being a scam. I sincerely doubt this individual offering will be anything but genuine. I have great confidence in your willingness to manage and pay out this offering, because it is too small a sum to be worth stealing and because doing it properly will build your reputation in this forum. You're in for the long scam, of working up credibility and then taking several billion in a few months. It's been done by at least a dozen people in the past year alone, and despite that fact you'll probably get people to bite.

Hopefully people that can use full stops, commas and paragraphs.
My offering is small as that's the only scope of the market I currently have, if your so rich that it doesn't matter then take your money and spend it on french toast.

It is not a question of how much money any of us have. The people who regularly read and participate in this subforum have enough money to easily finance your little venture. Again, that is not the point.
The point is that 1.3 billion is such a small sum that if you really had a good idea about how to make money with it then you could probably talk your corpmates and friends into giving you a loan for a share of the earnings. It is more likely that you intend to take this 1.3 billion ISK and just let it sit in your wallet once you have it. You can easily make the interest payments yourself by engaging in just about any profitable activity in EVE; say, mission running for example.

Is Jigster still your main?
A couple of weeks ago you didn't seem to get very far raising 750m - what's changed since then?

Oh no, someone who can use the search function! And to reference a two year old post also, I've got twelve characters care to name the rest as I've stopped using a 'main'?
If you read my last post in that thread you can clearly see what happened. I borrowed the ISK privately at the same rate offered. I borrowed three installments off the same person which are due for repayment at the same time I wished to launch this one.
What has changed is this time it was to be collateralized with the collateral held by an agreed upon third party. I imagined it would be sufficient if the ISK was secured by that but nevermind eh.

If you'd be willing to have the 3rd party receive the isk, buy the BPOs, lock them down, and then give you access to them via a holding corp, I really can't see anybody objecting to the plan.
Granted, this may or may not be a scammer doing a rep grind, I have zero evidence either way and thus have no opinion on that. Just pointing out a way to make this particular offering work.

Yeah that was the plan, I thought I'd stated that in my original post but maybe it's unclear.
