Any chance of a fact check on recent market activity and NAV growth? That would go a long way towards balancing out some of my concerns about the rapid expansion (there seem to be lots of very short term bonds at the moment with, effectively, expansions every month when the one month bond closes and a new, larger one opens up off its back).

Ok, you need to translate that to english. Remember I'm a PvP er by nature who just got a good idea and time/support to do some side business. I'm not a trader. Do you want to see some sort of proof of my recent growth (profit) ? If so how can I provide this without disclosing sensible information (char names/locations/ship types etc).
You will need to disclose that info to at least one person and they can then confirm publicly that things are as you say without having to release that info to the public. So you need to find someone that you trust not to abuse the info and who potential investors will trust not to be in league with you to carry out a scam. Given the size of this bond pretty much any established/moderately wealthy MDer should be acceptable to both sides. Breaker77 and Varo Jan have both done audits in the past but may be busy. You could also try the slightly more risky option, on both sides, of getting a newer auditor involved, such as Tigerras.

If the questions are significant please ask them here so that potential investors can pool their information.

Whilst character purchases are not a real problem there are a number of legitimate issues that have not been addressed. Firstly, there has been no response to the scam accusations in the WH sales thread. Secondly, no explanation of the appearance of Flux in your employment history very shortly after you purchased this character. The alt stuff is also highly suspicious, although there is little you can say in response to this given the unsubstantiable nature of the claims, although you might want to suggest why someone would waste their time and energy trying to blacken your name with fake alt posting but do it in suh a way that it would not be apparent until people went digging.

Flux is Brock Nelson's corp and Brock scammed MD investors for c. 30bil not long ago.

When you said the response to the WH trade scam accusations was a little bit up the page did you mean this?

So could now well be that indeed you where in flux to kill said orca but that only makes things even worse don't you think?
No I don't. Because if you do then you're a carebear and we're playing the internet spaceships game, not the you got mugged in real life game. There's no prison in EvE. And nobody forces you to do business with someone that enjoys blowing orcas up. Grow up.
Given that you have admitted to scamming in wormhole trades and you have now been shown to be willing to abuse peoples' trust for your personal ends at their expense through killing your corpmates (ironically, this removes the problem of having been a member of Flux but replaces it with a new and bigger problem) you fall squarely under the rubric of 'scammer'. Hopefully anyone who has sent you isk will get it back but I think the chances of you ever raising more isk than you currently have is pretty much zero.

1) He accidentally posted this same thread with an alt, and then proceeded to erase it. 2) On looking at this alt's posting history, we find evidence that he has used this alt (and another one as well, but that's superfluous to our needs here) to build a false reputation as a trustworthy WH seller.
That's it. That's all there is to it and that's all you need.
Personally, I think that corpkilling is far more decisive than alt claims (extremely persuasive as those are) because it can be definitively established as being the case. Taking stuff about alts too absolutely runs a serious risk of making it easy to grief someone by pretending to be their alt(s).

A quick look at the timing involved should dismiss any suspicion of such maliciousness in the vast majority of cases. The idea that someone would pretend to alt-post in preparation to assassinate someone's character on the off chance they decide to put themselves out as publicly trustworthy at some point in the future is beyond farcical.
That's true of the investment alt posts but those are the least damning. The alt thread is both more damning and more plausibly faked since it came after he had already run a public bond. The chances of it being faked seem very small but I certainly wouldn't rule out the possibility that there are members of the eve community who would take great pleasure in doing something like that.
