Edited by: CCP Habakuk on 11/08/2011 13:29:27 Singularity was updated with a new build and SisiLauncher is working.
This version includes several important bug-fixes, for example:
- duplicate entries in the overview
- offline modules at undocking
- skills not correctly applied at undocking
- several other problems with docking and undocking
If you find, that any of these problems are not really fixed or if you find any other new bugs, then please write a bugreport and also reply in this thread. Thank you!

Hey Bakuk, thanks for the update. Nothing to do with the ingame stuff but manual patching seems to be broken.
"The update was downloaded but it failed verification indicating that the file is corrupt. Would you like to download the file again?
You will not be able to enter the game until you download the update."
When trying to download the patch directly from client. If I download TQ > sisi patch it says that the patch itself is broken, files missing. Then it ask me to run the repair tool, I do, but it fail.

Just to let you know the Launcher worked fine and updated the client as expected.
I did notice it required a client shutdown and then re-start to get my log in name to appear in the list, not a problem, just a glitch.
All the standard æthings not workingÆ are there; No buttons in quarters working No screens except the main screen working ISK æBalanceÆ column in all views is still (after 2 years) left not right justified. Can only undock by using the Undock button on the Neocom
30 FPS in Quarters, jumps to 60 when looking at my ship
The warp tunnel is still hit and miss but was more consistent when I cleared my cache.
Butà The weird pulsating æblobÆ near the exit door I reported 2 days ago seems to have gone (so far)
Undocking æseemsÆ a bit quicker (no hard timings)
No duplicate overview entries so far
Skills seem to be applied for me ok and did not notice any off-lined modules on my ship and docking again æseemedÆ quicker.
Was able to quickly scan down a class 1 Z971 wormhole using just 5 probes and popped through into a J153311 wormhole to have a look around. So scanning seems fine.
Logserver reported 97 exceptions thrown during the brief test I did, just so you know.
Thanks for the mirror, regards, BH

Yeah, the regular patch from TQ to 283093 seems to be broken somehow. For the moment it is best to either use Sisilauncher or the generic patch: http://content.eveonline.com//test/evepremiumpatch283093_test.exe

I just got the message that the regular patch from TQ to Sisi should be fixed now (but I can't test it myself at the moment).

Had the same corrupt error with the auto-patching. Downloading the .exe worked perfectly. Although I almost patched it to my regular EVE directory. Those of you manually patching make sure you are pointing it to your proper sisi dir.

Lucky you could get it fixed.
My 3 years old Asus laptop is now scrap due to Eve, I was updating some skills, left the laptop to talk to my son and came back to a blank screen and the cooling fan sounding like a jet taking off.
Tests showed the GPU almost dead, half the graphics memory not working and the North Bridge dead. Not worth repairing as it would take a new motherboard and thatÆs near the cost of a new laptop.
My fault, I should have closed Eve before leaving it and please no comments about keeping fans clean etc I was building computers before most of the players on here were out of nappies (diapers to the US contingent ).
Thank goodness we have a couple of gaming computers to run it on .
