left a wardec'd corp, how long before its safe?
I was the CEO of my own one man corp, and corp disbanded after I left. Created a new corp, same name same ticker. How long before I'm safe? Basically creating a new corp every 24 hours now lol don't think he's serious just trollin me. Still, will he be able to attack me in hisec without concord intervention? My current (new) one man corp is not in any wars. He will likely just dec me again and I'll just rinse-repeat and see who gets tired first XD Done this like 5x so far.

Look in your Corporation window, the Wars tab. There is a column labeled "Can fight" for each active war. This means exactly what it says.
Note that your overview doesn't update instantly as a result of wars starting/ending, you might need to relog if you still see red stars after the war is over. ---

You stop being a valid war target the second you leave a corp engaged in a war. _

If i'm not mistaken this behavior is against the EULA or whatever. It's considered an exploit. You cannot rinse and repeat corp "washing" to avoid war decs. I believe it may be a bannable offense.
Consult through a petition with a GM or someone of authority to protect your account. Also, it's cowardice and it'll just attract the griefers like flies to ice cream. My advice, if you can't hang you need to find a populated corp with players who can help you develop and protect your toon or simply reside to staying in NPC corp you whole time (lots of fun )

You could also just create an alt on your account and make it CEO that way you aren't having to recreate your corp over and over.

Be aware that if you were engaged in combat you may have an aggression timer with individuals you were fighting, which may persist after leaving the corp. Aggression timers last 15 minutes, refreshed by last act of aggression by either party involved in combat. Thus, to ensure you cannot be legally attacked in any situation when leaving a corp at war, it is recommended to stay docked for ~17 minutes immediately after leaving the corp. --- ISD IonCharge Lt.
