I am requesting a 1 Billion isk loan for manufacturing for 30 days. The return is set at 9% for the length of the 30 days.
Manufacturing is done in station by me, and hauling is done by an alt in NPC corp. All work is done in highsec.
I have been building ships for around 3 months now. If I build it, I own it.
As such I am low on liquidity at the moment. I have enough to support 2 of the BCs, but the lines will not be full, thus resulting in low profit/week. (I calculate my profits as per week due to moving minerals, build times, and moving the finished ships to 2 markets)
I will be producing 3 different BCs, a tier 3 BS, and dozens of T2 Frigates that I invented before I took down my POS.
This loan will have no collateral. The collateral I used in my first loan was not being used in production, because I had plenty of stock. As of now all my ships have sold.
If 1 personal is not willing to fill the entire bond then the minimum is set at 100 Mil.
Exit Strat - In the event that all my stock has not sold near the end of the 30 days I will issue an evemail to all investors requesting input on the direction I should go. The options are as follows:
1. Sell all stock to highest buy order to recoup liquidity - It is likely that the ships will sell for a loss, but the loss will come out of my profits. 2. Send an evemail to the Bulk Trading mailing list for potential buyers. - Best solution in my eyes. Stock is high;y unlikely to sell at a loss. 3. Request for an extension on the loan from investors - This choice comes with an additional 3% interest, while extend the life of the loan for an additional week.

Edited by: Hysenberg on 26/08/2011 07:05:59 Chigy is a pretty poor scammer. He's akin to the desperate drug addict who breaks car windows for the loose change (but overlooks the ipod in the center console) After promising to jump items to our nullsec home he tried to run off with member items and the paltry sum we paid him for fuel. Perhaps he'd still have his orca if he hadn't have left it AFK on a gate. (I hope you enjoy that loss mail when you see it, buddy)
Needless to say, I wouldn't lend him money.
