Hey guys,
I want to reactivate my old account but when I press the "REACTIVATE" button on my account page I get this error:
"We could not find any offers for you at this time. This could be because your account has been banned or an error has come up while retrieving data. Contact customer support. "
Does this simply mean I don't have any offers available and I just have to reactivate as normal or is there an issue with my account? I would love to take advantage of "return" offers available for players who have been long term members but haven't played for a while.
Also, it's awesome to see my character walking around now (just logged in to this trial account to post this) - good job! |

Welcome back!
Did your other account receive an email with a reactivation offer? If so that account should be available for the offer. You can also try filing a petition under Billing & Account -> Reactivation offers and talk to a Billing GM. They will be able to take a look at your account info and let you know in more detail what's up. It's pretty much what the message said, you either used an outdated link for an offer that has expired or which that specific account does not qualify for, or there has been an error somewhere else (in which case this tends to be temporary and may work when trying again later).
Either way, if it persists and you are sure about the offer still being active, then please feel free to create a petition in the "Billing" category so we can look into the exact reasons for the message. GM Karidor | Senior Game Master |

Thanks for the replies - the ticket got answered and I was told to just reactivate as normal so I guess there aren't any offers available for my accounts. :) |
