Give me a break, the EULA isn't even legal in some countries. It's what is refered to as a shrink wrapped contract. Which is why even them big arse game shops who claim if the seal is broken you can't return, haven't ever been able to stop me returning a game.
Any contract that requires you to hand over cash before you can read it isn't legal. And for that reason it is also illegal for any retailer to refuse you a refund if you don't agree to any terms of the EULA. The only time there is a get out clause is if the entire EULA is available online, but then they have to prove you have the internet before refusing a refund.
I think you will find that Eve Online requires you to read the EULA before you start the game (the first time it runs after installation and after some patches?) - I also don't think 'Legal' comes in to it - they are CCP's rules, no one else's - if they want to create a rule that says that you are not allowed to account share than that is their business.

Originally by: Si Omega On the weekend my kids were giving me grief. Fighting over the Wii, the football, the tennis balls, even the air they breathed.
So I logged 6 accounts on 5 PC's and made 'em all mine for 4 hours. 5 Hulks on the PC's inside and me flying the Orca on the laptop outside, siting in my LazyBoy chair sippin' Tequila Sunrises. Made a lot of iskies.
Am I a bad mum?

I used Mouse Machine for leveling my crafters in DAoC, and especially for trinketing.
That was a serious time-sink.
And, before the FoP nerf, I used a penny to keep my animist at fins all day to help level friends while I was at work.
Ah the best of times lol :) Escaped Gobbo from Warhammer |

Never mind kids, some grown men that play this game might find mining for several hours for a secondary party with a promised end reward of breast milk a suitable trade off?
