I recently purchased a character off the character bazaar and found out the account i paid for was hacked and the seller immediately logged after payment. 3 hours after i paid for the toon, MY account was banned. A day later i got a email fromm CCP saying they expected my account had been hacked and to respond to the email to get it reactivated. I responded within a hour or so after running keylogger scans on my pc. Waited a day... Nothing. Waited 3 days... Nothing. Sent a petition in to which they responded it is being looked into. Now it is over a week later and i still have yet to hear anything or get my toon reinstated. This has got to be the slowest customer support for a subscription issue ever.

You should also demand game time or do a chargeback since CCP didn't provide services purchased due to their worker's actions. The GM being overwhelmed is not a reason to steal your game time, it is just incompetent.

I also have been amazed at how utterly crap CCP's customer service has been. 7 days and am still waiting for help for a different billing problem. It's no way to retain custom and I dont think 7 days is acceptable time frame for reply.

I would much rather get the SP back from those lost days of training. And dont get me wrong in that this is a post bashing all of CCP, but their customer service department either needs to be expanded (to allow for better US TZ hours or phone support) or streamlined to be more efficient. Over a week without my main account has made it almost impossible to do anything with my alts, and if he were a corp CEO this could be even more of a headache.

well it is better to lose it for 2 weeks than them destroy your account with isk laundering and whatever, but yeah a few weeks is a bit OTT

1 week and already complaining?
wow, i'm not used to that, in darkfall we had cases of people waiting OVER A FREAKING YEAR and still got no answer to their issues despite asking from time to time...

Agreed. I rather like the fact that CCP will proactivly disable your account if they suspect foul play. My complaint is only in the time it takes to get it back. I do not imagine that the process of changing an account status from locked to unlocked would be that difficult or time consuming. And the complete lack of communication is very frustrating.
