I've done a little research, and I believe I need the following items:
Something from a gas cloud Garbage
Stick it with one type of a booster blueprint and make pure type of a booster.
Next stick the pure with mex using the booster blueprint (from pirate factions) and you get the drug you want.
That's the process as I understand it. If I'm wrong please correct me. Of course you need a station capable of doing this, and all sorts of other finer details that I think I've already got covered.
My confusion comes from getting the blueprints which make the pure part of the booster. Where do they come from? What are their names? Where do I buy them?
I've found a list of all the boosters, their effects, and all the gas cloud materials. And it is easy to produce a list of the Blueprints to make the final product. But I cannot find a list of the blueprints which make the pure part of the boosters. . |

BPC for boosters are drops from drug labs in LADAR sites where you find the gas.
As they are BPC you can only find them in contracts.

there is a comprehensive guide to boosters and drug manufacturing in the back issues of Eve Tribune. Can't get a link atm as the site may be down (?) but from google:

S&I Resource Thread, "the sticky one", contains this link.
95% of all the questions asked were already answered multiple times. Folk be to damn lazy to look first and ask second.

I already have this pdf and have looked it over more than once. Nowhere in this link does it give a complete list of the blueprint names needed to make the "pure" versions of the drugs.
I just did a search of the entire pdf for the word "pure" and the word does not exist anywhere in that pdf.

Thank you, this is most helpful.
Do you know if they are limited run? (I assume they are) And if so, how many runs they have in general? . |

The Pure part of the reaction is not produced via a blueprint, Kesshisan. It's a Simple Biochemical Reaction. Something you find at the easy and medium combat sites in low security space while standard (and rarely improved) versions you find at the hard type. These along with the strong type can also be found at the Radar combat type in no security space. This reaction you "put in" your POS's Biochemical Reactor Array together with water and the gas. Just as with moon goo.

Let me make sure I'm getting you right.
You find a piece of paper which requires two items to input, and gives you an output, but is NOT a blueprint. What is it called? A reaction paper? I can't seem to find the proper nomenclature for this item. Also I still can't tell if it is limited run or not. Any help here?
Also is this something I can do from a station? (A null sec station, not a POS.) Or will I need my own POS with some weird setups to do this?
The station I have access to has the drug manufacturing slots, so I'm pretty sure I can make the drugs once I have the pure part of the minerals, I'm just confused as all heck as to exactly what I need to do to get the pure part of the drugs. . |

So am I, it's called being a human being
Ok, let's see.
1) you mine gas (gas clouds or market) 2) you obtain water (PI or market) 3) you obtain REACTION (combat sites or market)
A reaction is almost like a blueprint, but it's green and (as far as know) is not limited by number of runs. It's infinite.
Next:
1) you anchor a POS in a space that has lower security than 0.4. This means 0.3 and lower. 2) you set up the POS following the guides you can read in that pdf we discussed earlier. 3) you get PURE drug stuff from GAS and WATER from the Biochemical Reactor Array
After you have the PURE stuff, you can move your drug production stuff to a station which has appropriate slots, I believe. But the PURE stuff must be "refined" at a POS. Same as the moon goo.

Stop guessing and actually look at the links I posted.
Simple Reaction + Standard BPC = Standard booster Simple Reaction + Improved Reaction + Improved BPC = Improved Booster Simple Reaction + Improved Reaction + Strong Reaction + Strong BPC = Strong Booster
The BPC are always the last step. BPC are always limited run, and can be found on contracts. They are assembled with a Drug Lab.
Reactions require a Biochemical Reation Array. Reactions are always unlimited, and can be found on the market.
