A major function and feature of Eve Online is the killmail, tracked by third party applications called: killboards. The most popular of which being- Eve-kill due to it's functions, features, ease of accessability, readability and other various customizations.
Lately they have been experiencing many issues, most hardware related and as such- have launched a donation drive referenced here http://themittani.com/news/eve-kill-launches-fundraiser
The amount of money they need to upgrade their hardware would be a drop in a bucket for a successful internet spaceship conglomerate like CCP hf. I think it's a tremendous community outreach opportunity as well.
Help out Eve-kill please, they are down again at the time of this post |

Friends don't make friends use Battleclinic, CCP. I thought we were friends "For example, if you are thinking about selling a Republic Fleet Firetail as a regular Firetail, be sure that the market volume is high on regular Firetails and that there are plenty of buy/sell contracts for Republic Fleet Firetails. [...] The players most interested in Republic Fleet Firetails are going to be players flying regular ones."-á -- PB |

This thread is evidence of the need for some sort of legitimate CCP PVP ladder or KB or something. He who trolls trolls best when he who is trolled trolls the troller. -Darth Gustav's Axiom |

Nah, their backup had failed a couple of weeks before.
The issue was one of their drives failed, and the raid acted up, so they went down. FuzzWork Enterprises http://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/ Blueprint calculator, invention chance calculator, isk/m3 Ore chart-á and other 'useful' utilities. |

Personally I would like to see killmails dropped. What people don't know will kill them. I'm not a Pirate, I'm a Terrorist.
