Rapid Reloading - 10% reduction in reloading times per level.
Its a MUST. Especially if you want us projectile guys to focus more on switching ammo types. And right now, reloading really hurts in smaller fights.
Also please, please reduce ammo volume.
For laser users who whine that it doesnt help them, you have the controlled bursts skill. And also using your foolish argument against you... 'you don't have to train it'

As a laser user, i could care less. Not having a skill to train, i can live with that
It is a bit of a shaft to hybrids though, since they have to train controlled bursts as well as this skill...
Hybrids still use way too much cap imo, it's not balanced ________________________________________________________

How is it a shaft? They get bonuses from two skills

A skill like that would nearly make me wet myself. of course it would cause tempest DOT to skyrocket as every time they fire ten rounds a person with lvl 5 of this skill would only need 5 seconds to reload stat 10 but id still like this. im biased cause I do use projectiles but BLAH.
However hybrids get shafted cause they have to train this AND controlled burst to be as effective. All other guns need only one. ~~ Hyey
I just payed 15 dollars this month just to be able to respond on the forums... stupid cancellation error.

Hmm, i just typed up this whole thing then read it and it sounded wrong. They would indeed get bonuses from 2 skills.
However, it can be argued that having a reload time equal to projectiles + using lots of cap in itself is an imbalance. Then again, reloading isn't such an issue for hybrid users so whatever, i'm gonna stop typing now ________________________________________________________

Well... no. Because you don't need it now, do you? So you won't need it if it comes out, either. It would just be good to have. And please... I can't honestly believe that people can whine about 'having' to train a skill, when it would be a skill that really helps you.
I'm even holding back my comment about it should only giving 5 % bonus for hybrids since they have controlled bursts. *
* I dont actually think that, I just think that complaining that you need to train another skill is pointless, since you dont. Hybrids are fine as they are now.
Thats like saying if they added new missile skills, missile users would be shafted because they need to train more... even though the skills help them.

You dont need to reload any where near ad much with hybrids as you do with projectiles
ion blasters have 120 ammo in the guns and thats all you need to kill 3 or 4 ships but 200mm auto cannons and only take 40 rounds of emp and you will normaly need to reload when killing a cruser
I would also like to see another skill that adds 10% per lvl to how much ammo guns can hold (make it 10% at that means 1 more round of emp ammo in 280, 720, and 1400mm guns) could help projectile users out a lot too

This skill is a great idea. I remember back when lasers sucked so much I used 720mm artillerty on my Maller, and the reload times really do suck. Also, all projectile guns hold like 1/3 the ammo of hybrids, so this will really help projectiles, which I think they could use.
As far as Gallente whining because they need to train both this and Controlled Bursts, put a sock in it. 4 days for each and you're at level 4.
