personnaly id prefer seeing tech 2 items and player owned stations/sentries/systems than a concord billboard...

There are tech II items around. Only looted hull modifications yet though (27.44% cargo expanders and nanofibers for 21m/s +8% cargo)but i bet there are more floating around

Yes, there are more level 2 items than cargo expanders already in the game :-)

yes theres power diags I that are tech 2 and RCU 1 but i mean tech 2 everything, with rare BPs of em dropping once in a long time... guns mk2 etc :)
the items are made (www.tti-nexus.com if you wana see em) they just cant be acquired anywhere... the addition of all the other tech 2 items on the loot tables and station/sentries owned by players would add some much needed possibilities... not like a billboard is going to change anything -.-
